I bought the 20mm rubber mats for my garden room / gym, the build was delayed and Sprung kindly stored them for me until I was ready. They were delivered when they said. Great mats, heavy! The fitting instructions are spot on - a sharp, fixed Stanley knife, a good straight edge and a silver coloured pen - (so you can see the line). Definitely recommend.

Ordering and delivery were spot on. We ordered the 43mm 1x1m anti-shock tiles. We paid for expedited delivery and it arrived without a hitch. We ordered 32 tiles, four more than a full pallet, and the extra four were neatly stacked on top of the one pallet. Packaging and protection were good.

Because of the nature of the product, there is some variation in sizing. Ours ranged from 1 x 1m to 1.01 x 1.01m, so up to 1cm difference between tiles. If you’re planning to lay in a straight grid, be prepared to sort the tiles into size groups and accept that some lines won’t match precisely. It’s a little laborious, but we managed to hide the mismatches where equipment will sit. A brick-bond layout would remove much of that work.

Not all corners are equally sharp either, so placement needed a bit of extra thought. We see these as characteristics of the product rather than faults, and overall we’re very pleased with the quality and finish of our floor.

For reference, it took two of us two days to sort, cut and lay approximately 25sqm. Compression fit requires a little muscle when dealing with the thicker tiles. Will add a photo once the protection comes up.

This website was easy to review floor tile product available for my needs. They were competitively priced. Sending a sample was reassuring and their pre-sales communication was excellent. tiles arrived on time as pre-arranged. The 20mm PRO Sprung floor tiles look brilliant on a previous bare concrete garage floor. Hard enough to withstand my gym equipment yet kind on the knees and back. Highly recommended.

I ordered 7x 43mm mats, rated for 250kg drops. The original shipment arrived damaged (corners chipped off mats, and slices on others) and had 2x replacement deliveries also damaged in some way such as rubber "feet" snapped off, and all were weak - rubber was flaking away not even under use, so wasn't confident they would survive 250kg drops. I sent them all back in the end for a full refund, gave an extra star due to customer service immediately agreeing to send out replacements each time. Maybe I was just unlucky? Who knows. They're heavy mats but could probably be sent better - they arrived on a pallet with some shrink wrap. Could do with protection on the top and corners.
