Still waiting on a response to this email:

On June 1, I placed order # 03928 for 4 Storm Cloud Bluestar plants to be shipped to my daughter in law in law in another state.

They came for a visit in mid-August and as we walked my yard, she saw the one I planted and that is when I learned that only 3 plants were delivered. She explained that we discussed 3 or 4 plants, so when 3 arrived, she did not realize one was missing. (We live 8 hours apart so it did not come up in calls.)
Since then, it took a while for me to find an email or text with the order info.

Please refund the cost and shipping.

Thanks for your time and assistance. Should you have any questions, please let me know.

I ordered four hydrangea. Only three were delivered and despite multiple emails I have heard nothing back from the company. There is no phone number to call as far as I can tell. The plants are received were in great shape, but I would like a refund or a shipment of a fourth and can’t get anyone to respond

Purchased 5 carpet rose bushes in April for delivery after May 15. Plants arrived and they are beautiful and healthy.

Ordered a plant- no plant, just a bucket of dirt

Ordered two hydrangeas through Amazon when they came in the majority of the leaves were yellow with black spots on them. The other green leaves also had black spots. Contacted the company through Amazon two times never had any response.

Only bought one item, an Aronia (Chokeberry), but the experience was really good. The plant was listed as 2-3 ft tall, but arrived much larger and fuller than expected. It's about 4 1/2 ft tall and very full! I don't know if they sent such a large one because I ordered to arrive in summer (not a normal time for planting), or they just try to make sure to be better than expectations so that they'll get good word of mouth maybe? But either way it's working, cuz I'm leaving a good review today lol
