I’ve recently used GCI to purchase a bike through their scheme.
Super easy to do, the information on the CGI website is simple to follow and from submitting my bike quote to receiving my voucher was less than a week!!
If you have any questions, just call the number on their website and someone will help. An excellent service and I will be recommending using them to my friends and colleagues.

This was a very straightforward process in terms of getting agreement from my workplace who are signed up with GCI and with the shop I've purchased the bike from. 43% effective saving to me over paying direct...what's not to like!?

First time as a Company and a User buying through the Cycle To Work scheme. Really impressed with the speed of the response and how easy it was to get the voucher.
Found the bike online, called the bike shop and placed a deposit for the bike. Completed the Application with Green Commute Initiative and had the Proforma back from them in less than 5 minutes. Accounts paid it straight away and the Hire Agreement and Salary Sacrifice forms were sent over within 30minutes of paying the Proforma. Signed the forms electronically and had the Collection Voucher emailed over within the hour. Excellent as most shops had said it takes several days to a week to get the voucher. Excellent service and would definitely recommend GCI for a user or company scheme as the Vouchers seem to be accepted pretty much everywhere.
