Green Cell Anmeldelser

BEWARE ...They advertise on the packaging and on their website that they use quality Samsung cells however after opening up the plastic casing the cells inside were of an inferior quality and definitely not made by Samsung !

Poprosiłem o dosłanie brakującego produktu, bo finalnie ten który otrzymałem (powerbank*) cenię i chciałem go zatrzymać.

*Kupiłem zestaw, w którym powinien być produkt wart 159,95 (Green Cell Biała Ładowarka sieciowa 65W GaN GC PowerGaN do Laptopa, MacBooka, Telefonu, Nintendo Switch - 2x USB-C, 1x USB-A)

Otrzymałem produkt wart mniej, bo 119,95 (Green Cell PowerPlay20s Biały Powerbank 20000mAh 22.5W PD USB C z Szybkim Ładowaniem do iPhone 15 14 13 12 11 X, Galaxy S23 S24)
Różnica to 40 zł.

I've placed an order for a charger for my old Lenovo laptop, but after completing the payment, I refreshed the page by mistake and the order wasn't places even though I paid the money.
I called and emailed customer support and they fixed everything within one hour and confirmed the payment and the order and sent me a tracking number.

it was very fast and professional 👍🏻

-zasilacz do laptopa
-powerbank
-ładowarkę do samochodu
-ładowarkę do telefonu

I got a replacement battery for macbook pro. Before I placed the order, I got a promise that the battery will last for 600 cycles. It was working fine for 8-9 months and slowly started deteriorating. I now have 240 cycles on my laptop and the battery is almost equal to a dead one. It took me 15 months to get to 240 cycles, but the manufacturer do not offer guarantee after 12 months.
Very poor quality batteries, I had been seeing a lot of other small small issues with the battery since 6-7 months but did not make a big fuss thinking it wouldn't deteriorate so quick and I now feel the original mac batteries I had performed better after 7 years and shouldn't have trusted their flashy website to change out to greencell.
I would not recommend this battery and green cell brand.

No post-warranty service and no possibility of repair, low product quality

Green Cell Power Bank 20000mAh 18W for almost PLN 200 broke right after the warranty period expired - it turns out that the product is unrepairable due to the "unprofitable" repair. The company sells Chinese-made electronic waste to customers without providing post-warranty service.

This company has a easy "modus Operandi " when the goal is to sell, but whenever they have to assume responsabilities for defective low quality products (RMA's ) everything gets very complicated, and stones are put on the path. Definitely not recommendable AT ALL!!

Szmelc.
Serwis GC rozbrajająco poinformował, że tak bywa... Bez żadnej propozycji.
Nigdy więcej zamienników GC!

Bought a Green Cell battery for my Olymous OM1 Mk2 through batteryempire.co.uk. It was not used much as it is one of three batteries which I rotate and kept charged at all time. The battery expended and it was difficult to get out of th camera. I have never experienced this before with all the batteries I used before. Then it will not charge. I would not buy a Green Cell battery again.

Perfect PS3 controller. Like new. Just like description

Bought these items from Green Cell:
On 02-May-2022 Green Cell AD04 Charger AC Ad100038015
On 09-May-2022 Green Cell laptop battery for Apple Macbook 13 A1181
And both worked just about 1.5 years. Now the charger disconnects the laptop port all the time and the battery just charges 78%. I guess one cell is not functional. I didn't even used these items much as it was for my third laptop.
Will never buy Green Cell again.
