Perhaps this is no longer relevant. Perhaps the company has changed. So this review is for 2007. Why that date? Because that is the manufacture date of a toy I brought. Ironman interactive action figure to be precise. I brought it way back when for when my sister visited with her kiddos. Alas, that didn't happen, but other siblings had kids since then, and ironman served loyally all that time. Taking abuse and being loved by children who probably didn't understand the concept of respect for other peoples stuff.

Anyway. It finally died. 18 years later. And to my surprise, it wasn't the batteries that failed, but poor old ironman himself. I've always been in awe of its battery life. And now I'm sad that our local shops dont stock this brand. Because, damn, what a PR move. After that, I'd buy them and only them if they were aviliable commerically.

nach meinem Post vom 27.05.25 erreichte mich eine Mail der Firma Green Cell , in der mir angeboten wurde mein defektes Ladekabel bei Rücksendung an Green Cell und nach folgender Begutachtung den bezahlten Preis zurück zu erstatten, was auch geschehen ist . zugesagt war auch die Erstattung der Versandkosten - was nicht geschehen ist , trotzdem habe ich meine Bewertung auf drei Sterne hoch gesetzt

J'ai acheté très récemment deux batteries Greencell de remplacement pour drone DJI Mavic Pro. A la deuxième utilisation, alors qu'il me restait 39% de charge, j'ai reçu le message "Error battery" et la batterie a stoppé brutalement en vol, provoquant la chute et le bris du drone (irréparable). La batterie avait donc un défaut de fabrication qui aurait pu causer un accident et qui a anéanti mon drone.

Matériel de qualité et support avant-vente très efficace et très réactif!
Il y a plusieurs années, j'ai acheté un "petit" convertisseur de 300 w (12/230 v sinus modifié) et j'avais, avant l'achat, contacté ce support pour obtenir des informations sur leurs produits. Les réponses rapides, précises et très professionnelles m'avaient fait choisir cette marque pour acheter un de leurs convertisseurs. La concurrence et le choix sont rudes, sur les plate-formes (Amazon, Cdiscount, Aliexpress...) avec des prix toujours alléchants mais les performances sont-elles bien réelles? Et quiz de l'après-vente en cas de soucis?
Ce convertisseur me sert, depuis plusieurs années, dans mon système de panneau solaire et fonctionne toujours parfaitement!
Récemment, j'ai acquis, pour une autre installation, un 2ème convertisseur, de cette marque et, plus puissant (1000/2000w sinus pur): une bête de course!!! Silencieux et très efficace, ceci pour un prix très très raisonnable!!!
J'espère qu'il me donnera autant et aussi longtemps satisfactions que le 1er!
Green-Cell est une marque qui mérite d'être connue et reconnue!!! Merci

Obsługa po zakupowa poniżej standardów obowiązujących na świecie i w kraju, no może trzeciego świata. Trzytygodniowa korespondencja ( po jednym pytaniu na mail), nic nie wnosząca do przyspieszenia załatwienia sprawy i tak było trzeba odesłać zakupione urządzenie do naprawy(informacja po trzech tygodniach korespondencji). Dwa tygodnie na odpowiedz z działu reklamacji, no i jak można było się spodziewać wiadomość w ostatnim dniu. I tu niespodzianka wiadomość z pytaniami o usterkę i oczywiście powtórzenie zapytań z poprzedniej korespondencji. Niestety pomyliłem się i moje oczekiwania/przewidywania minęły się z rzeczywistością. Dołączenie wydrukowanej korespondencji, opisu usterki jaki i również karty zgłoszenia zgodnie z otrzymana instrukcją nie przydały się, nikt tego nie czyta. Zapewne jest to przyczyna dlaczego otrzymałem wiadomość ze wszystkimi zapytaniami ponownie. Zostały teraz dwa tygodnie na naprawę choć to teoria, regulamin pozostawia furtkę. Jak na razie 6 tygodni od zgłoszenia usterki, co dalej ..............

J'ai acheté une batterie pour mon ordinateur Asus Zenbook UX430UA. Sur le site, il était clairement indiqué que la batterie est compatible avec mon modèle, mais en recevant le produit, j'ai découvert que le connecteur n'est pas le bon. J'ai essayé de téléphoner et d'envoyer plusieurs e-mails, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. À éviter complètement. Aucun service après-vente et impossible de les joindre.
I bought a battery for my Asus Zenbook UX430UA laptop. On the website, it was clearly stated that the battery is compatible with my model, but upon receiving the product, I discovered that the connector is not the right one. I tried calling and sending several emails, but I received no response. Completely avoid them. There is no after-sales service, and it's impossible to reach them.

Achat chez Batterie Empire, la batterie d'ordinateur reçue ne fonctionne pas.
Après vérification aucune tension sur les bornes de la prise.
Le numéro de téléphone de contact est annoncé comme non attribué, Envoi de plusieurs mails de réclamation de SAV à deux adresses différentes, aucune réponse. Visiblement une escroquerie.

Purchased a replacement laptop battery from a now defunct seller that was to replace a HP 9470m battery.

Battery was shipped from UK to Ireland and when arrived was branded Green Cell which are on eBay and Amazon in droves. These are a VERY cheap and poor quality battery made from low cost reconditioned lithium cells.

The battery cost 70 euro all in and only lasted a bear 12 months. Bought in Sep 2023 and began losing its charging capacity after several months and would take a long time to charge via original adapter.

The battery started to swell while laptop was using battery alone for power and when opened one cell was completely swollen and almost burning and a second one not far behind. I have since sourced a replacement OEM battery from Netherlands that is same price but a Korean/Japanese brand replacement. These batteries are highly dangerous if swollen and could explode or cause injury/fire if not noticed. Only the laptop shut off during use that it gave cause for concern.

Green Cell are very poor quality made in PRC from cheap cell technology and not able to withstand the demand of a medium range device such as a laptop. I understand they even make car batteries which is ridiculous to even consider putting one in a car let alone a 13 year old laptop.

Primo UPS05 Geencell ( 2000VA - 1200W ) comprato l'11 settembre 2022 su Amazon per 184 euro e dopo 1 anno e 2 mesi smette di funzionare .... mi viene sostituito a gennaio 2024 con un'altro UPS e dopo appena 1 anno e 1 mese anche questo secondo UPS smette di funzionare . Mi è stato detto che la garanzia è scaduta visto che il primo acquisto è stato fatto a settembre 2022 . Conclusione : questi prodotti non durano molto anzi molto poco . Cambio Marca e spero di trovare prodotti più duraturi e di maggiore qualità .

Customer services were very helpful!

The UK warehouse has apparently closed, and the website would not let me order for delivery to the UK. However the customer services representative was able to confirm a suitable battery for my Dad's old laptop and arrange everything for me. Exchanging emails they arranged an invoice via PayPal, once paid the item arrived after about a week (inline with estimated delivery) and most importantly, in time for Xmas.

Due anni di vita per il mio Green Cell inverter 12v. 2000w sinuidale puro,andava benissimo ci caricavo due e-bike, ieri ho acceso il suo interruttore e ha iniziato a fare bp bp bp e presenta la spia rossa accesa,ho spento immediatamente ,ma lui ora eroga 130,volt e pochi ampere,e debolissimo e non so che fare,ho chiamato il centro assistenza,mandano consigli ma non hanno un centro per riparare,non so che fare.

Dzień dobry. Napisze tylko krótki komentarz bo na więcej już nie mam siły. Zamówienie złożone u Państwa 14 grudnia. Kabel USB C na USB C. Przyszły USB A na USB C. Od 17 grudnia starałem się o wymianę na właściwe produkty. Wczoraj udało mi dodzwonić do Pana z infolinia, który poinformował mnie, że zamówionych przeze mnie produktów nie macie Państwo na stanie. Uzgodniliśmy, że wyślę dłuższe kable z dopłatą za pobraniem z mojej strony. Super. Szkoda tylko, że taka propozycja ani informacja o braku dostępności nie dotarła do mnie od razu. Dzisiaj przyjechał kurier. Oddałem wcześniejsze zamówienie, odebrałem nowe, które miało być zgodne z tym co zamawiałem. I co? I przyszły znowu te same kable. USB A na USB C. Przecież to jest jakiś żart. Już chyba nie chce mi się do Was pisać, dzwonić, upominać się o kolejną wymianę. Myślałem, że jesteście Państwo poważną firmą, ale się rozczarowałem. Nawet nie mam ładowarki, do której mógłbym użyć produktów, które namiętnie mi Państwo wysyłacie. Było to poprostu moje ostatnie zamówienie w Państwa firmie.

Battery arrived in good condition and looked well made. In 6 months the cells have swelled and it is now dangerous. Fortunately I kept the OEM Apple battery. Not recommended!

Kupiłem ostatnio baterię greencell do laptopa acer. Bateria trzyma długo jak na laptopa, ale się bardzo przgerzewa (nawet jak nie jest podłączona). Bateria tak się przegrzewa, że obudowa baterii się zdeformowała, i się już raz poparzyłem. Po tym bateria zaczeła smierdzieć spalenizną.

J'ai acheté une batterie de vélo électrique GreenCell / BatteryEmpire à plus de 250€, car le site ventait une super qualité, une fabrication Européenne.
Résultat, au bout d'à peine plus d'1 an, la capacité de la batterie a brutalement chuté (autonomie de 10km).
J'ai contacté GreenCell/Batteryempire qui m'a répondu que j'avais acheté une batterie Chinoise garantie 1 an.
Au final, je n'aurais pas eu pire en achetant la même batterie sur Aliexpress pour à peine la moitié du prix.
La seule valeur ajoutée, à part leur publicité mensongère, c'est de coller une étiquette "greencell" sur une batterie achetée en Chine, et de doubler le prix de vente.

I bought HP184 battery but its capacity was 20% less than advertised/designed. Battery capacity was measured by Windows battery report after few full charging cycles. I contacted Green Cell and they changed the battery to a new one. However the capacity of the second one was also as bad as previous one. They changed also second one, but third one wasn't any better. So the capacities of all 3 batteries were 20% less than advertised/designed. I asked if they would like to give me discount if I accept smaller capacity but they didn't accept this. Probably Green Cell batteries are just rebranded bad quality batteries.

Comprato come protezione da distacchi di corrente per un iMAC ha funzionato come deve per circa 3 anni.
Improvvisamente poi mi sono accorto che la ventola girava di continuo. L'ho quindi spento pensando ad un surriscaldamento. Da quel momento non si e' piu' acceso.
Ho contattato l'assistenza la quale mi ha detto di cambiare le batterie (ulteriore spesa) ma anche cosi non cambia nulla.
A questo punto li ricontatto e mi dico che non e' riparabile e di buttarlo!
Non e' accettabile che un prodotto del valore di qualche centinaio di € debba essere buttato dopo 3 anni!!!
Evidentemente sanno che la riparazione costa di piu' dell'UPS nuovo o non capisco la risposta.
Dovro' trovare un tecnico in grado di ripararlo o sostituirlo, di sicuro con un'altra marca.

Notebook accu Greencel A41 k53 top product werk goed en volledig na behoren 2200mah 14,4v

Een accu besteld als vervanging in een Dell laptop.
De capaciteit was al een stuk minder dan er op de accu stond, maar ja... Het is nu bijna 3 jaar later, en de accu is kapot.
Ik had er vanaf het begin al geen goed gevoel bij, maar nu (naar eigenlijk weinig gebruik aangezien dit een reserve laptop is) is deze dus kapot.
De machine geeft 100% opgeladen aan en bij het verwijderen van de oplader, geeft de laptop binnen een minuut aan dat deze moet worden opgeladen.
Conclusie cell kapot. Waardeloos.
