Everything was included
Everything was included — the air fare, the car, and the hotels! We were going because we wanted to visit the three national parks in this area and it worked out perfect! All the accommodations were very nice and especially in Key West right in the middle of the sites we wanted to visit ie, the Hemingway house was within walking distance. Thank you!!

Our trip to Tuscany.
Our trip to Tuscany was definitely a “great” value. The price was amazing. The one drawback was the flight & driving itinerary. We were routed LAX-Toronto, Toronto -Rome, which amounted to 14 hours of flying time, a 5 hour layover, plus time before & after the flights in and out of the airport. Then we had to drive 3.5 hours to our accommodations. With a similarly long itinerary on the way home.
Overall we had a wonderful time in Tuscany, enjoyed our “castle” stay, and all the amazing medieval hilltop towns and wonderful food & wine.
One other problem we encountered was with Noleggiare car rental company that sent us a bill (after we were home) and photos of damage we did not incur to the rental vehicle. Not much we can do about it from here; their word against ours.
This is our second GVV trip, the first was a great vacation to Ireland last year. Just be aware that part of the great pricing involves less than ideal flight itineraries.

Horrible trip
Charge to much to make simple changes. The castle was very cold. Bery uncomfortable We ad to oay extra for heat. Would have been nice tonow that when we booked. Agent was not easy to work with. Will never use this company again

In regards to the castle stay (a magnificent 12th century Tuscan castle), we do post the below on the vacation package page - this is viewable prior to booking.
At Castello Di Montegufoni, the following taxes and fees are not included and must be paid directly to the property:
Cash security deposit of €150 (refundable).
Mandatory final cleaning fee of €60 for a one-bedroom villa, €70 for a two-bedroom, €80 for a three-bedroom.
Local Tax of apx. €2 per person, per day for the first six days of your stay- applies only to adults over the age of 15.
Heating fee of €20 per day for a one-bedroom villa, €25 per day for a two-bedroom, €30 per day for a three-bedroom. This fee is mandatory when staying November through April; in other month, this fee only applies if the heat is used.
Gratuities, some local city taxes, daily housekeeping, and meals are NOT included.
Fees vary based on accommodation type and are subject to change.

Great memorable vacation
I am a returning customer, I've used Great Value Vacation several times. And I see myself planning another trip with them in the future. Highly recommend. I always use them for all my travel to Europe. This trip to Amsterdam our hotel was not in Amsterdam -it was so far from the city we had to uber back and fourth. I was disappointed with this one.

Fun in Ireland

The Cottage in Killarney was…
The Cottage in Killarney was wonderful.. We were disappointed with loosing a day of our vacation due to weather in Iceland.. did not feel that should have been a deleted day. The hotel in Dublin we stayed in for the night had good food but the rooms were freezing cold and had bugs.

We stayed at the Hotel Pallanza
We stayed at the Hotel Pallanza. Pros. The location on the water was great, the hotel was pretty, the breakfast buffet was great, the staff were very helpful. Cons. It says free parking but it's limited. If you can't find the free parking it's $28/day. Also we were disappointed with the beds. Ours felt like a sack of flour and the same with the pillows. It was really uncomfortable and something that couldn't be changed. Maybe other rooms had better beds but ours wasn't good. We paid up for a balcony and lake view and that was wonderful. Other than the beds we thought it a good hotel but would like an adjustment from GVV because a good night's sleep is mandatory.

I had a great time during my vacation except for…
I had a great time during my vacation on Budapest, Vienna and Prague. The hotels were great, clean, and with a great breakfast. The only set back was the train from Budapest to Vienna. Our sits were not assigned, and we spent most of the ride trying to find a sit. At one point we were on the end of the wagon sitting on the stairs. Great Value should spend a little bit more money on getting assigned sits during this trip. Other than everything was great.
