The pricing was unbelievably affordable…
The pricing was unbelievably affordable making us wonder what the catch is. But there was none. The flights were fine, the accommodations better than expected - but as described, and the car rental was easy. Tuscany is a beautiful area this time of year. The only thing that would have made the trip better would have been to fly in and out of Florence instead of the Rome airport - only because of the distance to drive and need to be back in Rome early for our return flight.

Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience. We appreciated our hotels throughout, although we did change one of the locations because it was Cork County and we originally thought we had been booked in the Cork City area- customer service was helpful in changing the hotels for an additional $92. One thing we did not realize is that the airline reservations were made for Basic Economy on Delta Airlines, so we were unable to be seated together for part of of our trip over to Ireland. On the way back however, we found a nice passenger who switched seats with us. It would have been a nicer trip if had been given seats together throughout.

The guide from Michaelagelo Travel was exceptional; IIaria was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It was a great time with wonderful places. In Milan we stayed in Sesto, but a visit to Duomo is a must, (went by subway).

Our guide was incredible and overall we were satisfied. We do believe there needed to be less guided tours and more time to explore and shop. It would have been helpful to know about tipping each coach driver, guide, etc.

First of all, price is great for flight & accomodations. Second, value of experience. Met at airport, transportation to hotel. Accomodations are better than you think. Destinations are incredible. I have been on 2 GVV - Kuai & Bali. Amazing. Everything in Bali was incredible - destination, hotel & excursions. You must go to this magical place!

Ciairra In customer service was the goat!!!!! She deserves a raise!!! But also this is the third call I had to make to get someone competent, the first two calls 3 weeks apart I got the same lady who was dumb as door nails literally. But Ciairra deserves promotion she saved the day!!!!

Everything was pretty easy
Everything was pretty easy. No hassles. The resort had some significant construction going on with its main lobby closed. It would have been nice to know that upfront, but there wasn’t any noise issues. For the price of the package the trip was still worth it.

Overall we had an amazing trip! There were a couple issues, our pickup at the airport upon landing in Amsterdam was late and a cruise that was part of our package wasnt booked and the address given for the meeting point of that cruise was wrong. I was told we'd be reimbursed for that..tbd

Hotel Locations
While the hotel’s themselves were good, they were located in random spots. Felt like we spent a lot of time driving from one location to another. The Celtic Ross Hotel was not located anywhere near anything. The only place to eat close was the hotel itself. It should also be disclosed when booking that car insurance would need to also be purchased. That cost another $400 for the week. Would book another vacation again, but this one needs some serious Hotel locations revised.

The ease in booking was great. Our travel accommodations were subpar. It was difficult finding the right transfer after landing in Cancun. Our transfer was delayed. Our flight accommodations were satisfactory however the airline did lose our luggage on the way home. The resort was as advertised. The food there was average. In fact we got sick one night form bad asian food on site.

The trip was fabulous!
The trip was fabulous. We visited Athens, Mykonos, & Santorini Greece for a 10 day vacation. I included transfers which were on time and very professional. I will definitely use Great Value Vacations again. I was thoroughly pleased with everything.

The tour covered much of Italy
The tour covered much of Italy, which is exactly what I was looking for. All but one of the hotels was very satisfactory.
I wish a little more information about what was and was not included, had been available. Such as going to the coliseum in Rome did not include going inside. The tour guide was phenomenal. The group as a whole were great!
The price made it very affordable first me.
I am looking forward to my next adventure!
