Shipping is a another good bonus most auction don't do a national delivery.

I did not receive my product and it was paid for; and I received a smaller product than the one shown in the catalogue. I don’t like people telling me I cannot attend the auction site to check on my bids.
And I had to pay 25% buyers premium for each of them. Not really happy about trying to start business with a new company.

Completely rip-off
Completely rip-off. Lost 70% of car market value due to very complicated documentation, very high fees, they charge crazy fees both buyers and sellers, Very slow processes. Will not do it again with grays. Not recommended.
Lied on the cars inspection
Lied on the cars inspection, picked up a car from here with a description that said it had no engine noises observed, picked said car up and it had engine noises went through customer support they tried to say they dont inspect mechanicaly which wasnt even apart of the convo i wouldnt advice dealing with these people as even when they screw up they put it on you

Ordered a TV cost $390 tried the TV out when I got home it didn't work.
Sent videos of the item not working and apparently that was not enough for a refund and was informed it was basically bad luck.
Shit customer service and an even shitter attitude won't be using again and wouldn't recommend anyone does.
The artwork was of a better quality…
The artwork was of a better quality than I anticipated. Did take a little while to get out to me but very happy with the product.

car that blew up within 1o kms…
bought a car that blew up within 1o kms of collecting after 2 weeks of back and forth my claim was rejected when the car was clearly doctored up to mislead unsuspecting customers.
NO REPORTING OF EXISTING ISSUES NATURALLY
Hard to believe with a change of ownership to Slattery's they are maintain the same regime of uncool business practice, not sure how they think this will be sustainable long term.
Great experience purchasing vehicle
Ease of access to the vehicles for inspection and the collection process. Staff were easy to work with and efficient with the process of collection. First time purchasing at an online auction and this all worked well.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Gray’s (Grays) for my daughter. The listing showed a clean description with no mention of any transmission issues or engine warning lights. Within about 20 minutes of leaving the lot, the car broke down. When I contacted the seller to request a refund, they refused.

Not sure who the problem is related to but I ordered and paid for 12 bottles of wine and only 6 were delivered. I have been in contact with your Customer Service and they looking into it for me. Hopefully the problem can be rectified.

Two disappointing experiences
I ordered and paid fora dozen of my favourite Chardonnay. I subsequently got an email advising my order would be refunded because there was a discrepancy in stock levels. Pretty disappointing. A few days later ( 12 Nov) I received an email offering some good deals, including Pikes Riesling. I went to order a dozen only to be told it was sold out. I literally saw the email come in and clicked on it seconds later, but the product was sold out! what’s going on Grays?
