Delivery was fast
Delivery was fast. Followed instructions and went on holiday. On return 7 days later very disappointed with results. Clay soil grass seed had hardly germinated despite the September rain and warmth. Bit surprised as previous seed has taken well.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear the delivery was quick, but sorry to hear the germination hasn’t met expectations so far. Establishment can sometimes take a little longer depending on soil conditions, especially with heavier clay soils. Please feel free to contact our team if you’d like some advice — we’re always happy to help.

Second order as good as the first
Our second lot of seeds from Grass Seeds online and, again, a quick delivery. The first order for grass for shaded areas produced a very good lawn and we needed to grass a second area. We had no hesitation in ordering from them again.

Seeds seem ok but very little information on over seeding or laying a new lawn seed rates! Seems surprising when those are the two things you would do with the seed. Tried to call to get more info but couldn’t get though. No info on the seed bag!
