No customer service.
I placed annorder for feed and weed and grass seed. At checkout it automatically processed the order without my input and then confirmed delivery to a house I have not lived in for 8 years! I immediately sent them an email to confirm the mistake, stop delivery to the wrong address and hopefully deliver to the correct address. The following day I received confirmation that they have shipped to the wrong address!! I have sent them 3 emails without response. There is no phone number for me to call them on! I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order! Not good!

Ordered seed, never received item. explained the situation to them that DHL delivered to wrong house, asked for refund multiple times and they kept trying sort it with DHL on my own time...

Once again asked for a refund, if its not given this time I will report via paypal and raise a dispute with paypal.

ARRANGE YOUR COLLECTION OF THEY FAILED DELIVERY ON YOUR OWN TIME, NOT MINE!

HAD TO RAISE A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL TO GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER ASKING MULTIPLE TIMES

I've used GrassPeople seeds for 2 years, and my experience is very good. It's a mix of grass and clover and fits well with the shade in the summer. I've tried many other solutions, but none worked as well.

Graas was delivered very quickly, even has a card to tell you how to grow the grass. I thought this was very good for people who know very little about gardening or lawns. Thank you guys so much.

Seed growth was fantastic, and we have an excellent lawn for our kids to play on!

If you want to receive about 5 phone calls a day from cold callers then definitely give the grass people your number

I needed a seed suitable for clay soils. My soil could supply a brickworks! Grass People had the very seed I needed and it worked. Thank you Grass People.

Great quality seed, clear website descriptions and helpful phone support, much better than another company I had previously used .
Seed came packed in a strong bag. Would use again and happily recommend to others.

bought the grass seed last year and grew very well had some left over and used it this year again on some patches doing well again

Great quality products, both seed and fertiliser. I have purchased liquid and granular fertiliser and both have worked really well. The backyard seed I used to over seed my lawn and the results are amazing.

I’ve ordered from The Grass People twice and have had a brilliant experience both times. Their website is incredible, really informative but if I’ve ever had any questions, their customer service have responded quickly. I ordered the shady grass seed and a wild meadow flower seed, both quality products, my grass seed went down a year ago and looks great 😊

Every product that I have bought has proved to be of a very good quality, grass seed and fertilisers etc. Excellent customer care and information.

Ordered the Organic 365 fertiliser from The Grass People. The product was well packaged and despatched in a timely manner. After cutting the grass on 28th May I used the fertiliser on my grass then watered it in. It's now the 10th June and after a few rain showers I can see the difference the fertiliser has made to my grass. I had some brown patches in my grass (as there has been hardly any rain in the south east over the last few months) and now the grass is turning a lovely dark green and the brown patches are disappearing. Extremely pleased with the performance of this fertiliser.

Don’t bother buying from these!

I wished I looked at the reviews before hand.
So I brought £50 worth of grass seeds wishful thinking I was getting excellent lasting seeds… they don’t even grow. I have 2 attempts over 2 months and nothing!
Might aswell wiped my a with a £50 note.

Email them and you don’t get a reply back.

This grass seed is terrible , used on patches like I do every year on my lawn using top soil and raking dead grass out , thought I’d try a so called better grass seed , it doesn’t grow , tried again with proven system didn’t work the 2nd time either
Response off grass people “need to wait longer” “the weathers been too hot” etc
Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

Grass seed didn’t grow. Have used company before and the grass seed was ok. Reached out to company who wanted an essay and photos of what we did. Would have liked them to replace the 2 kg bag that I received but to no avail. Won’t use this company again as wasted my money.

My ordered products had been delayed by a week so I reached out to the grass people on email (no phone number) and was informed that DHL had to do a warehouse search for my parcel which would take 24 hours. Three days after that I have still not heard anything. I’m surprised they use DHL who have a really bad rating in the UK.

After doing a product search on the website for lawn weed killer I was recommended a product it was £80 which I felt was rather expensive but hoped the cost would reflect its quality,I opened the product I was sent a couple of weeks after receiving it only to find it was a bag of grass seed and nothing to do with clearing weeds as I was recommended,I contacted The Grass People via email and basically got the usual run around and finally my last email went unanswered I am now £80 out of pocket and have a bag of grass seed I do not require.

Previously we had several deliveries from The Grass People/DHL. Most recent delivery not arrived - DHL advised delivered but offered no signature. Several online requests and emails To The Grass People - no response. No telephone Number for them either ? I have paid for goods that have not arrived. Customer Service non existent
