Fiz uma encomenda em julho e ainda não recebi. Alguém sabe com receber o reembolso?

Désormais après cette mauvaise expérience avec ce site web je me méfie des achats sur internet !!! Bien se renseigner avant de donner vos cordonnées bancaires ! ! Ce sont de voleurs ! 180 euros perdus! Ou plutôt volés! Je les ai harcelé partout et sans succès ! Au moins au début ils répondent en espoir qu’un remboursement soit fait.... hélas maintenant 5 mois et je n’ai rien de leur part ils ne répondent même plus aux mails! Il y a une adresse...c’est à Madrid ... ben ça tombe bien ! Je dois aller et je vais bien entendu passer par leur soi-disant adresse voir ce qu’il en ai!

I ordered on 4th of September. 18th of September I received an email saying that they experienced delays due to a problem with a manufacturer... since then no update. I tried everything : emails, Facebook , calls I don’t get any answer nor reply.
Avoid this website !

Like so many others on this site, I have been ROBBED by Granoptic.

I ordered a set of frames, which, according to the website, were "In Stock". So they immediately took my money and I received an email saying the item would arrive in 11-18 working days. So far, so good.

One month passed and nothing happened, no frames, no information. So I tried to contact them by email. I was told the item was, in fact, NOT "In Stock". But of course I could always choose something else from the catalogue. Of course, I demanded a full refund immediately.

And that's the last I heard from Granoptic!

AVOID!!!!!

Commande effectuée en juillet 2018, puis annulée. Ça va bientôt faire 6 mois et je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé, malgré mes multiples relance auprès du service client qui me mène en bateau.
Des voleurs tout simplement!

Quando decisi di comprare su granoptic mi sono fidata di una recensione video su YouTube, devo dire che non c erano tutte queste esperienze negative on line, mi assumo la colpa di aver fatto tutto di fretta perché dovevo andare in vacanza, dopo 3 mesi dall ordine ho fatto richiesta di rimborso, chiaramente non si sono fatti sentire più... Inutile sottolineare che non dovete neanche aprirlo il sito per curiosità! Nulla di diverso da come è andata a tutti voi! So solo che adesso diffido da praticamente quasi tutti i siti. Spendeteveli in medicinali i miei 150€! O fa nto cul caliente!!

Bought sunglasses a couple years back which hadnt been dispatched on time. I called and eventually got through after 3 weeks, and they said their was an issue with their supplier. Funny enough received glasses following week.

Bought sunglasses again this August. Should’ve learnt my lesson. Hadn’t arrived by end of October, and I was constantly emailing and trying to call to no avail. I got an automated email in October about an issue with supply, but they did not respond when I replied asking for a refund. In the end I complained to the European retail commission, and then to my bank, in order to get my £86 pounds back at the end of November.

Do not buy - from what I’ve read this is standard. Fraudulent company

I ordered frames on 18 August 2018, paid and the only update on my orders list is that the order arrived at the manufacturer on 20 August and that is where it has stayed. I emailed Granoptic in September and did get a reply that the manufacturer was experiencing shortage of stock and that Granoptic generally do not reply to emails as they are inundated with them, this tells me that too many customers are not getting their orders. If you are not a Spanish citizen or don't live in Spain I would recommend not dealing with this company. No follow up from them and who knows when i will see my order or a refund which I am going to try to get next.

An order was placed in May 2018, the product was not as expected, so these were returned very quickly, following the procedure and within 14 days.

I was told that I would receive a refund within 14 days, it is now November 2018 and after countless emails (over 20) and a complaint to the EU trading standards, only today have I had a reply. Telling me that my emails were in the spam folder (even though I was replied to when sending the glasses back)

I have been told that refunds can take months, which I think is ridiculous, they are quick enough to take the payment, and after working in retail I know that this is a lie.

Avoid this company as they still owe me nearly 100gbp.

I ordered two sunglasses on 5th of Aug. and now 20th of Nov. without sunglasses in my hands!!! It's been already almost 4 months!
I am preparing documents to receive money back through the credit card company. What a thief!

Il faut les éviter c'est un site d'escrocrie!!! J'attend toujours mon remboursement depuis juillet 2018..toujours pas de nouvelles!! Bande de voleurs!!

Guys, to receive your orders, just switch your current one to another item which says 24 hr shipping, and pay the difference. It’s not what you originally wanted but you’ll receive something at least. I did that and dhl sent me the shipping confirmation.

Un véritable arnaque. Une commande de plus de 300€ faite en avril 2018. En septembre 2018, après plusieurs mois de ballade de la part du service client, je demande un remboursement. Depuis, plus aucune nouvelle. Le service client ne me répond pas. J'ai déposé plainte auprès du Service de résolution des litiges de la Commission européenne et attend maintenant un retour. Surtout ne vous faites pas avoir comme moi qui me suis dis que les avis sur internet ne devaient sûrement que concerner des commandes spécifiques. Ça n'arrive pas qu'aux autres ! Fuyez !

I have experienced the same as the other reviewers - I ordered my sunglasses in August. I have received one generic email saying they have had a problem with their supplier. I asked for an update and have had no response. I've now asked for a full refund of the amount I paid: £71.13. Order ref: 612851. I also was very annoyed when I made the purchase as I had compared the price with other web companies; Gran Optic were slightly cheaper so I made the order only to be caught out by a Euro conversion rate which then changed the overall price to more than the competitor, but by that time it was too late.
I worry that I will not get a refund or the glasses now.

Three months after my order I still don't have my sunglasses, and they dont respond to request to get my money refunded. I am afraid that I will never see my 150 euro ever again. What a bunch of thieves.

Alles passt super! Hab mit Paypal bezahlt, wurde am selben Tag verschickt und 1 Woche später konnte ich mein Paket in Empfang nehmen! DANKE!

Comprei uns óculos no mês de Agosto, onde nunca me enviaram porque deram-me sempre a informação que estavam com problemas com o fornecedor e não tinham previsão de envio então esperei durante o mês de Setembro e Outubro, onde acabei porque decidir cancelar a encomenda e pedir o meu reembolso, onde estou a 1 mês aguardar esse reembolso.
Envio vários email onde nunca tenho resposta por parte da Granoptic, inaceitável este serviço.

Peço muita atenção a todos as pessoas que pensem em fazer compras na Granoptic, para optarem por outra empresa fiável e não por esta que não é de todo de confiança e de bons serviços é UMA FRAUDE
