Kurz gesagt, es sind Betrüger. Nie was bestellen , es sind Diebe ! ! !!!!
Ich habe eine Brille von Mont Blanc bestellt und mit Amazon-Pay bezahlt ( 2018 ). Bis heute- keine Brille, kein Geld und keine Hilfestellung von Amazon-Pay,also ist Amazon-Pay auch nicht ohne . . . . . .

Ho effettuato un acquisto per 2 occhiali che risultavano disponibili sul sito. Dopo 2 mesi e svariati solleciti mi comunicano che gli occhiali sono in costruzione presso la fabbrica e che posso però cambiare l'articolo. Chiedo il rimborso . E' passato un anno e non ho ricevuto neanche una email di risposta. Naturalmente neanche il rimborso, ed avendo pagato con Amazon-pay (per essere tutelata) ma essendo trascorsi più di 6 mesi, non posso più reclamare !!!!

Eigentlich würde ich hier gar keinen Stern geben, Betrugsfirma - vorab Überweisen, nach Schema F - plötzlich Lieferschwierigkeiten und irgendwann antworten Sie nicht mehr, Geld sieht man nie wieder, Brille wurde von mir Mai 2018 bestellt, bis September ging der Schriftwechsel meinerseits - habe mittlerweile aufgegeben. Die positiven Bewertungen sind garnatiert gekauft!!

Aspetto un rimborso da Luglio 2018 e penso che mai lo riceverò. X merce mai arrivata in quanto ho disdetto ordine. Ma il rimborso mi avevo detto che ci avrebbe messo 2 mesi. Mandato centinaia di mail senza risposta

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GRANOPTIC!! An absolute disgrace of a company. How they are still allowed to trade is beyond me. A 1 star rating is too high for them. I bought a pair of glasses on the 28th June 2018 and never received them. I have sent them 50+ emails with 3 responses. They have stolen €149 from me and haven't responded to any of my emails. I am now seeking legal action and I recommend everyone else do the same.

under Article 18(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights clearly states that “Where the trader has failed to fulfil his obligation to deliver the goods at the time agreed upon with the consumer or within the time limit set out in paragraph 1, the consumer shall call upon him to make the delivery within an additional period of time appropriate to the circumstances. If the trader fails to deliver the goods within that additional period of time, the consumer shall be entitled to terminate the contract.”

In circumstances were there seller failed to deliver the goods and the payment was affected by means of credit/debit card, this method of payment used may provide you a certain degree of protection by mean of chargeback scheme. Please be advise that strict time limits apply in order to avail of this scheme (usually between 90 to 120 days from the day of the day of the transaction)

I sent sunglasses back for a refund and they only refunded £19 (they didn’t have the original pair I ordered so sent me a more expensive alternative). They still owe me £100 and it’s been over 6 months with no response to my emails.

Terrible - never delivered glasses and I’ve chased them 5 times - they’ve promised payment but never delivered. The original order was around 2 years ago.

Can we start a class action against them?

This company is perpetuating a corporate fraud. They do not supply the product. They claim Caixa bank doesn't not allow then to do refunds. We have an account in Spain with this bank and that is rubbish. Do not buy. Mastercard and Visa need to remove their trading licence and Spanish authorities need to close them down. Can't really be clearer. Thanks. Oh and before you ask I have all the emails and the dispute goes back to February 2018. Just kicking myself I didn't read the reviews before I ordered. Matter now with my banks credit card fraud team.

I’ve order some glasses on 27th June 2018.I’ve never received the glasses, never received the money back!!!!!!! Still email them and no answer !!!

Nous avons commandé des lunettes sur leur site internet. Ils sont moins cher, mais il y a eu des problèmes avec les délais de livraison. Acheté peu avant l'été de l'année dernière, la livraison devrait être comprise entre une et deux semaines. Le colis n'étant toujours pas expédié au bout de deux semaines, nous les avons contactés. A chaque fois j'ai eu des réponses disant qu'il y avait des problèmes d'approvisionnement et que j'allais être livré dans les deux semaines à venir. Pourtant les lunettes étaient toujours disponibles à la vente. J'ai été baladé ainsi de semaines en semaines, jusqu'à ce qu'enfin elles arrivent plusieurs mois plus tard, APRES la saison d'été...

Diffidate! Anche io, come tanti, sono stato truffato da questi ladri... Ho ordinato un paio di occhiali ad aprile 2018, dopo un mese e mezzo mi è stato comunicato che non erano disponibili per un problema del produttore e mi hanno proposto una vasta selezione di occhiali alternativi (leggi "ciarpame"), sconsigliandomi di richiedere un rimborso per I LUNGHI TEMPI di evasione.... a un anno di distanza (e di silenzio) sospetto di essere stato gabbato... LADRI!!!

Also ordered from these people, they took the money then said they were out of stock. Still in process of trying to recoup the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Fiz uma encomenda em agosto de 2018 de dois pares de oculos que tinham stock no site, passado dois meses enviaram um email a dizer que não tinham stock que poderia escolher outros. Pedi o reembolso e ainda estou à espera dele até hoje. É uma vergonha este tipo de comportamento para com os clientes. Senão têem capacidade para vender online, desistam.

TRUFFATORI TOTALI. Ad oggi ancora non ho ricevuto il mio rimborso!!! Occhiale acquistato a inizio settembre 2018, oggi 10 Aprile 2019 non ho alcuna notizia. Dopo un breve scambio di mail dove mi dicevano che l'occhiale non era presente in magazzino (il loro sito lo dava come disponibile) mi proponevano un cambio occhiale; richiedevo un rimborso che ad oggi ancora non ricevo come non ricevo più loro risposta. Ahimè sono stato truffato alla grande come vedo molti altri!!! NON COMPRATE ASSOLUTAMENTE

Ordinato un paio di occhiali a luglio 2018 mai arrivati si sono giustificati dicendo che il produttore non era in grado di consegnarmeli io avevo ovviamente pagato oltre 90;euro che hanno promesso di rimborsarmi.Ad oggi fine marzo 2019 dopo ripetute richieste da loro ignorate ritengo (come altri sto vedendo) di essere stato effettivamente truffato da veramente scorretti e truffaldini
