Caveat emptor - buyer beware. If I could have given 0 stars for this Company, I would. The products when received were of very poor quality, badly finished off, and quite frankly, hung like sacks. The material is shoddy and when it finally arrives, it is badly packed and badly creased, as if it has just been shoved in the bag. These products appear to be imports from China and made to order, which is probably why they take two weeks to arrive. The colour of the actual product bears no resemblance whatsoever to the items on the website. I would strongly recommend that people avoid this site. I have advised the company of my thoughts about their products and will be interested to see if they reply. I am seriously considering reporting them to Trading Standards UK.

This company is a con, don’t buy. They are not a London company, they are a cheap Chinese import company. Clothes are nothing like those in the pictures advertised, not cotton, but a cheap, shiny viscose material. No labels, totally shoddy. Their returns policy is rubbish, you have to return to China at your own cost, so not worth while doing. DO’NT BUY

I ordered a dress and after a wait of two weeks received a dress which was of extremely poor quality with no invoice . The dress was extremely oversized with no label showing country of origin or indication of material or size. I would be embarrassed to give this to charity as it is unwearable.i emailed the company for return information but have had no reply. Avoid this company like the plague .

Waited for a dress for 2 weeks and received it badly wrapped in a bag with no invoice in the package.
There was no label or size on the dress and reminded me of a delivery from TEMU. The dress did not fit and I contacted them for a refund. They had 3 rediculous options none of which were acceptable, such as sending it back to the warehouse in China at my expense. WARNING. - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I finally received a bag of dresses none of which resembles any of the dresses I ordered 2 were of the same dress and 1 was probably put in the make up the order the 4th was a similar colour. Very cheap nylon material. Total bag of rubbish. I have contacted them demanding a full refund and if I don’t get this I will be taking legal action and notifying contacting trading standards .
They do not warrant even 1 star.

I should have read the reviews first. Like most other buyers, the dress I ordered was made with limp, shiny, stretchy stuff which I wouldn't even call fabric...it was fabricated, but from what? There was no label or fabric information...but it was certainly not "breathable luxurious cotton. It isn't even suitable as a beach dress, it feels as though it would be very hot and sweaty to wear. They have offered me 20% refund as a goodwill offer and, judging by the comments regarding returns to China and iffy waiting times for a full refund, I'm going to take the 20% and chalk it up to experience.

16 days to arrive. If you want quickly do not use. Ordered 4 items. 2 lovely and will wear. 1 comes up on very small size. Other one material isn't the same as advertised. Charity shop will be given 2 of the dresses.

Everything said here is true. Very poor quality dress, nothing like the picture shown on their website which is based in China and not London. Why is there no protection from scam companies like this one?

This company is appalling.i ordered a dress in may and then they told me i had ordered two which I hadn’t. They instantly took the money for both dresses out of my bank account. Apart from everyone saying the goods they have received are very cheap and not at all up to standard I have not received my order. They keep saying they cannot trace my e mail or order. This seems very strange as they have taken the money. After several complaints I am getting no where.

Dresses arrived they are of very poor quality the material is terrible. Do not buy from this company. No delivery note with parcel and therefore no instructions on how to make returns. Offered 10% refund and keep dresses (which are not fit for donation to charity) or return for fully refund but I would have to pay shipping charges to China. Do not buy from this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a dress which was advertised as being "breathable cotton". According to its label, it is polyester and viscose. BEWARE YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED. The company want me to pay the postage to return it to China.

Don't buy anything from Grace and Charles that might need returning. The dress I ordered is the wrong size, horrible fabric and frankly wouldn't even sell in the charity shop (which is where it will end up). The return system is a joke - all the way to China with an address that no courier recognises and at your own expense. It wasn't cheap - reduced to around £30 in the sale. Be warned.

As others have recently found to their cost, this is not a British company, but operates from China and it is to there that any returns, and you will want to return because the quality of the clothing is so poor, must go. Unfortunately their claim that less than 1% of customers claim their Money Back Guarantee is probably correct, due to the cost implications of returning to China and making it not worth time and money. The photographs of the garments are grossly misleading. I didn't even take the dress out of the bag as could see the quality of the material was not as represented in the very nice photographs on the website. Companies House have also some pretty damning comments about accounts etc. I, in a weak moment, thought the dress looked lovely and didn't do my usual thorough research. Fortunately, the dress I purchased was not expensive, however I resent a duplicitous company misrepresenting their product well enough to make me part with my monies.

I so wish I had read these reviews as I have not yet received my order but was getting a bit concerned as I am not able to track the package today. I was beginning to think it may be a scam. I really look forward to receiving my parcel - Not.

The only resemblance is the dress is blue. The quality is terrible, Thin viscose material that does not hang well and is see through. Complete rip off. Bought similar looking dress from Temu half the price three times the quality. This is not the UK company it pretends to be goods come from China.

As MOST of the other reviews say, this company is a disgrace. It is not in London, contrary to the impression they try to give on the website. Ordered 2 dresses, when they arrived from China weeks later they were awful. I ordered size 10 -12, these were nearer 18. Horrible material and colour match nothing like advertised. Dont believe their Refund info. Was told to Track and trace post back to China. Post Office quoted over £30. The original order was £60, so decided not to spend more money on this, because I do not believe I would ever get my refund. My bad for being taken in by this bunch of crooks. Please DONT order from this company - so not worth the grief.

I ordered one dress, Had confirmation email , then straight after another email saying I had ordered 2, I emailed immediately saying I had only ordered one and received a reply the next day to say they couldn't cancel as already shipped. However parcel took a month to arrive. Contained 2 identical dresses. Fit is dreadful. I now find to get a refund they say return , tracked to China ( cost £27) . The website appears 100% British - it obviously is not. I have been advised to persue through misrepresentation act.

The review doesn’t even merit one star. Do not use this company. They are a scam. The garments do not resemble the garments advertised. Badly made , cheap polyester fabric. Terrible customer service . Returns require customer pays cost inc track and trace to return to china . Do not buy anything from this company

This company needs to be more up front about its pathetic returns policy. The customer shoulders the costs of shipping the item back to the Far East.

I've pressed a star because I had to but really it deserves nothing except a bin. Like everyone here I was fooled by this company and their website. Their goods are shoddy, shapeless and tacky material, nothing like the pictures. Doesn't say coming from China, the package had a London return address. Didn't say you had to return it to China either which no doubt with get "lost". Wish I too had read the reviews. Offered me 20% refund if I keep when I complained up it to 30%. I demanded 50% they refused. I would like this to go on social media so no others are scammed by them. I have made a photo of the two compared dresses what was offered what was received, wish I could put here for a good laugh.
