Do not buy from here the dress turned up after 3 weeks ok fine but my 4 year old granddaughter could wear it I ordered XL and the material was like a bin bag
Trying to return it even worse told I have to pay to return it to China !!!!

Please don’t use this company- it’s a complete scam. As said previously garment did not match the description. Exceedingly poor quality. Obstacles to returning and getting a refund. Item needed to be posted back to China at the cost of nearly £29.00!! No paperwork in the package so had to email several times to get return details. I gave up in the end and opted for their 30% refund, although that offer started out at 10%. Avoid them like the plague. I would like to have given them a minus in the reviews.

ABSOLUTE DISASTER! DRESS BORE LITTLE RESEMBLANCE TO THE PICTURE. HUGE!!! LOOKED LIKE AN OLD FASHIONED NIGHTGOWN - MATERIAL CHEAP AND SEE THROUGH.
THE WORST PART IS THAT I FELT CHEATED BECAUSE I BELIEVED I WAS PURCHASING FROM A LONDON COMPANY WHEN IN FACT IT CAME FROM CHINA. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! ALSO THE RETURN PROCESS IS TOTALLY ABSURD. ONE IS PRESSURED INTO ACCEPTING A SMALL REFUND OR PAY A LARGE AMOUNT TO SEND IT BACK TO CHINA. IT IS A TOTAL FRAUD!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Having taken several weeks to arrive, the dress I had ordered was suited more to an elephant than a size 12, the fabric was certainly not cotton as advertised and the quality of the workmanship was appalling. Unfinished machine stitching etc. Why then should I be expected to pay postage to China when the garment is CLEARLY NOT AS ADVERTISED?

Junk! They’re not a ‘London’ company at all - everything gets shipped from China which meant my mums order took over 3 weeks to arrive. The quality was absolutely shocking, the material was so cheap and flimsy and the dress looked nothing like it did on the site - the poorest quality. When we tried to return, you have to cover return costs, which originally my mum thought would be UK costs, but it’s extortionate transport costs to china. After my mum told me I checked website and realised all the imagery is fake AI shoddy images - my mum being old hadn’t spotted. Such a con shop with the cheapest quality crap.

My wife saw a lovely dress on Grace and Charles website. Sent away for dress and paid by credit card. Dress eventually arrived and was nothing as described. A cheap material.
Eventually contacted the company. Totally unhelpful want dress returned to z china not London before they will consider a refund.
I have reported issue to bank. This company are no doubt fraudulent and should be avoided like the plague.

Do not buy from this company poor quality products made in China returns policy is a disaster you have to post back to China which will cost nearly as much as the refund Avoid this company

If only I had read the reviews, did not realise goods came from China and difficult returns policy, so it certainly is ‘Buyer beware’. Waited several weeks for 2 dresses to arrive with very bad tracking information of delivery progress only to be extremely disappointed with quality and make of the goods, only to find extremely complicated/expensive returns policy.

If possible I would give no stars ! I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering. Had I read them I would not have placed an order.
Do not waste your money. I ordered two dresses which were not as described. Cheap and nasty and not how they looked in the advert. One dress which appeared to be calf length in the advert reached my toes! And I am 5’4”. The advert implies that the company is a family business based in London. I doubt it!!! The dresses come from China - nothing new there but all attempts to contact customer services by email failed. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Ordered one dress and they changed it to two items the same and took for two from my account. When dresses arrived were far too small and not at all as illustrated on the website. Very shoddy. If I want to return for a refund I have to return the goods to China!!! Never even realised they were coming from China. Such a con. Would cost me so much to return for a refund. Very upset and disappointed.

AVOID AVOID!! I would have given 0 if i could. Quality of material was shocking, design was nothing like the picture-they state only 1% of clients return...this is because its at a cost to YOU back to CHINA, was going to cost me £30 to return!! Now have 2 dresses that are useless to me. So misleading-they sell themselves as a London company-THEY ARE NOT!! Shipping times are way off too as not coming from UK as they sell themselves but from China. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!q

I wish I had never even heard of this company.I have like others had to give 1 star to give a review.
I ordered a size 12/14 and the dress would have been for a size 20/22 easy! The dress was nothing like the one advertised, the fabric was awful.
I have been offered 30% refund after many emails back and forward. I am going to report them Trading Standards. How can they advertise as Grace and Charles LONDON and say you have to return to CHINA !
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS !!

Looks to be a professional website however address used is only a “ logistic unit “ and any issues with product they will advise that you have to send back to china !!! At a huge cost to you , staying they are just the transport hub for items ordered .

(This company should however be investigated however most people are left having paid for products ( which they havnt received or is of poor quality )

If you paid on your credit card raise an action from your bank highlighting scammer

These companies rely on you buying items knowing it’s not financially viable to send it back , hence they continue to trade

In reality NO STARS. The website is misleading, you think it looks upper market but certainly the goods are not. Material is very low quality, dress looks like a sack with elastic throught the waist, my other one looked like an overall. Returns policy - don't even go there - postage back to China at your own expense!!!

If i cud give a no star review i would. Awful - dress is nothing like i ordered. Horrible cheap and nasty material. Cannot believe i was suckered into buying this trash. Return to China! Never ever again. Cant even give it to a charity shop it is that awful.
It was the name that got me and the London bit. I am so irritated by my stupidity. Dont order from this company.

Ordered a dress on 24th May - it’s now 15th June and nothing’s arrived. Wish I’d read reviews first - regretting that I’ve clearly wasted my money

This company will take your payment and supply poor quality goods which will only be credited for return unless sent to warehouse in China at your expense.
Do not do business with them, as it can only be classified as a scam. Don't be taken in!! They do not even deserve one star.

Ordered two dresses, took more than two weeks to arrive. Nothing like the website, both cheap nylon type material, no shape, no style, absolute rubbish. Returns are to China at a cost of £28. The website appears to be a London based company but clearly isn’t. I’m not going to pay £28 to send to China as no guarantee I’d get a refund. Avoid this company, it’s a scam and you will be disappointed and waste your money.

This is to add to the other similar reviews. The dress looked lovely on the advert on Face Book. Grace and Charles seemed a small UK designer business. The dress was shipped by Spencer & Co and when it finally arrived from China, all it said on the label "Made in China". It isn't as full as the advert, looks tacky and doesnt fall nicely - the pleats are wrong and it bulges in front. We are warned by Which? about these adverts. The dress has been chucked and I have learnt a lesson not to be taken in by adverts on social media.
