SCAMMERS Scammers . I ordered an air conditioner from here . Said it will take a month to come . I am still waiting 3 months later for it to. They are ignoring my emails . I paid through klarna and they have opened an investigation but can take another 2-3 months to be resolved .

Money taken £160 but order never received

Dont easte your time or money on this company ordered something 7 weeks ago got told my order would be delivered on two different occasions but still havent got anything. Emailed them they responded offering me a 20% refund on my order which I never received. Emailed them a further 3 times chasing up my order or a full refund and got not contact back at all what a load of rubbish.

This very bad company just stole my money and they don’t send me the order or return my money

Ordered an air conditioning unit. Got an email to say thank you for your purchase we'll send you an email when its been dispatched. I never received an email when I emailed to find out what was going on they said they could give me 10% off or a full refund. As it was still hot I said I would wait until 29th july 2026 for it to be delivered. It never arrived. I emailed back again and nothing. I emailed to cancel my order and have still received nothing from them. DO NOT ORDER from here defo a scam.

Website initially said due to high demands, there will be a 7 to 10 working days delay of delivery. I thought that sounds okay. Ordered on 04th July. 2 weeks later, item hasn't arrived. Contacted them via email. They responded, apologised and offered a 10% discount. I pushed back and asked for 20%. They agreed. They then informed me that my item will arrive on 29th July. It didn't. Contacted them at least 3 times since 28th July, 29th and today, 31st July to chase updates. They ignored me. Heard nothing new from them at the time of typing this.

I'd recommend to stay away from this company. I doubt it's a scam (could be though) as they did mention on the website, they are overloaded with unusual high demands so they probably couldn't meet their targets effectively, they are definitely unorganised.

I've ordered from them as it's mentioned in the Klarna website, I've purchased on a pay monthly service via Klarna itself. Reported Gouttemarket (it's not even Gouttemarket, it's ECU Store) where my next month's payment is on pause until investigation is over.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I honestly don't know how they are still trading! Ordered an item nearly 6 weeks ago, initially seemed legitimate received an order confirmation and item dispatched email with a tracking number (which still states on it's way.) I've sent several emails all of which have been ignored. Similar experience to all the previous reviewers unfortunately, we have all been scammed! Please be warned, just don't order from them.

I ordered on the 5th of July 55 inch TV. The delivery time frame was 7-14 days delivery. I did not receive delivery. I emailed I got a response to say it would be delivered 30th July and the would give 10 percent off or refund. I have not received delivery or refund. Getting no response from my emails. Will have to dispute with my bank.

This company is a scam, supposed to receive my shark fan on the 17th of July, I’m still waiting, emailed the company had no response. I thought the price was too good to be true! Steer clear !’

I've still not received my order 7 weeks after ordering it. Awful communication! Will not be ordering anthing else from this company.

Received dodgy looking communication as soon as i ordered. Tracking received but again another dodgy company rather than a well known name. When delivery date was not met they offered 10% discount and put back the delivery date a further 2 weeks. I requested a full refund which they agreed to but not heard nothing since. Credit card company now attempting to get refund back. Avoid.

Very disappointing experience, my order was delayed twice, and after the revised delivery date passed, I still received no order or clear update. The tracking information is no longer available. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

Just an update on the shark fan that I purchased on the 23rd June. This company starts off with an online chat to make everything look legitimate. After a month of not receiving my item, I sent numerous emails asking for a full refund and was ignored. I went on the online chat where they had previously apologised for the delay and I asked for a full refund. Up until this point, I could see the chat history regarding the item that was not delivered. As soon as I asked for a refund, there was no more dialogue from them and they deleted the history of the chat. This is a scum bag company that rips people off. I’ve never been scammed online before, but this company appears legitimate and when you read the reviews in June before purchasing items from them, there were more good reviews than bad. In the last fews days, there has been more bad reviews. It’s obvious that the good reviews are an inside job and this company runs on scamming people. I am in the process of claiming my money back, but would advise everyone to stay clear. If the price of items are considerably cheaper than most places, it’s because it’s a scam. Also after making the purchase, the funds was taken by ECI not Goutte Market. Another sign that this company is fraudulent. Be warned guys.

Tracking did not change since ordering a fridge. They said it would be delivered on a certain date but it never came! 10-14 days estimated but it’s been over 3 weeks now and still nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered item. Tracking reference couldn't find on courier website. Was told it would be with me yesterday bit to no avail. My advice stay away

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! Received no communication when my order would arrive so I cancelled the order .. 10 days later still no refund .. had to freeze payments with Klarna . I just hope I get my money back !! Horrendous company .. I suspect a scam company from there communications as you get a very generic email with no confirmation of the actual item you have ordered !!

Zero rating of there was any. Scam..Scam..Scam..Please be cautious about potential scams. I initially thought the website was legitimate since it looked official and was listed on Klarna. However, my experience proved otherwise. After placing an order through a third party, I received a payment confirmation that, unfortunately, raised some red flags. Despite attempts to reach out via email, phone, and online chat, I received no response. The website, gouttemarket.com, appears trustworthy at first glance, but it's actually a scam—taking your money and disappearing. A major warning sign was the address they provided: Huddersfield Office, Unit 15, Kingsgate Centre, King Street, Huddersfield, HD1 2QB. I even visited this address personally, hoping to speak with someone about my order. There was no store called Goutte Market or KIDS CAMPING STORE LTD; just an office shoe store. I suspect that some of the reviews might be from people they know —friends or family—but they don't seem to be genuine customers. Stay alert and protect yourself from similar scams.
