Was good experience, but package was delayed for few days leaving due to not acceptable packaging(Gearbox needed to be boxed). And after it was picked up it should've arrived on Friday. But got email... Vis mer

Easy shipment
The setting up of the shipment and the obtaining the costs, paying for it, and getting the label to attach is easy as. I clearly put on my form "will drop off to depot" ..... and FIVE DAYS LATER Aramex turn up at my house to pick the parcel up 🤣 it was probably delivered by then ! Its a great little system but it needs some tweaking. Maybe not having to wait several hours for the label to be emailed would also be an advantage.

Absolutely awful. Did not collect the confirmed day and did not rebook for the following day. Had to call 3 times and spent 15+ minutes on hold each time. Jenny in customer service had absolutely no idea what she was doing. Parcels still missing and the company has no idea where they are. (Meanwhile I ordered a mattress, and got live tracking) A courier company that has no idea where their couriers are - let alone your items - is a disgrace.

Unattended pick-up went perfectly and delivery to unit was to the unit door, as well as faster than expected. Overall, very competent service.

Give them a go
I recently used Transdirect to send large heavy crates to an interstate client. The processing of my order was quick and efficient. If you are looking to send larger items, (without a major carrier account) then Transdirect is the answer. Give them a go.

The service was very good unfortunately the package was delayed in transit and was delivered 4 days late, I do appreciate that some things are out of their control and suggest that a longer expected date for delivery, an early delivery is much better than late
