Got to review some things as long time…
Got to review some things as long time driver that I didn't remember. Thank God it was an open book test, It helped a lot. The one question I did get wrong was poorly written in the answers. Something was missing in the answer.

The course was easy to follow
The course was easy to follow. You could take breaks when needed and you could stop and continue at a later time when necessary. I took two days. The audio portion helped to reinforce the written information. The only problem I had was I couldn't stop the audio to view the video sections in the lessons. I finally figured out I could listen to the whole lesson and THEN go back and view the videos in that lesson before moving on to the next lesson. There should be instructions on how to do this at the beginning of the course.

Signed up for a voluntary course but…
Signed up for a voluntary course but when they gave me my certificate they only submitted a court ordered one to the dmv. Only got 1 point instead of 5. Would not correct it when speaking with customer service. Even when presented with if you get the court ordered one you have to input court information which I did not do. Also tried to charge me twice.

Thank you for your feedback.
We take concerns like this seriously and have carefully reviewed your account, including all available records.
Based on our investigation, we were unable to find any call recordings, emails, or chat interactions that support the claim mentioned in your review. Our records show that three registrations were completed: one traffic school course for your son (voluntary) , one driver’s education course, and another registration under your name (court ordered) . It appears the additional registration may have been caused by autofill of your son’s information during the process, which we deactivated it as per your request.
We were able to locate your payment from Apple and applied it to the correct account on the same day to ensure there was no disruption.
Regarding the certificate submission and point allocation, please note that eligibility and point determinations are handled by the Virginia DMV. They are the authority responsible for reviewing submissions and assigning any applicable points. As a courtesy, we also updated the course and your completion accordingly. We emailed you the certificate this morning.
If you have any further questions or need clarification, we’re happy to assist.
Trash
Trash. They make you pay more for electronic delivery, but they withhold the certificate for 3 days at least so that you have pay to get it immediately electronically.

Thank you for your feedback.
We reviewed your concern regarding Electronic Delivery (ED) and Same Day Processing (SDP). To clarify, certificate delivery is separate from certificate processing time. Electronic Delivery refers to the method and speed of delivery once the certificate has been generated, while processing time (Same Day Processing) is required to complete and validate the certificate before it can be issued.
We understand your frustration and want to assure you that there was no intention to mislead. The distinction between processing time and delivery options is clearly outlined on the site under the Upgrade section. An email notification was also sent to inform you of the expected timeline for certificate processing. Additionally, this was explained to you over the phone, and Same Day Processing was added with your consent.
If you have any further questions or need clarification, we’re happy to assist.
Helpful
Customer service & Bev was very helpful, kind & knowledgeable if needed. The Course was alot of reading but includes the most current & updated traffic laws which is very important because California is not forthright with the ‘new code’ information. Definitely pay for upgrade to get email confirmation for court & DMV receipt as LA is difficult for follow up. With up grade charges it’s still affordable & very convenient! Definitely recommend!
