Great course..learned things..funny...not boring much. Inexpensive.

This was a really good course. I learned some things for sure. I had no issues with the course but I did have one issue with the certificate so I called the help line and the gentleman was friendly and supportive and he got the issue resolved and fixed the problem in one simple call. I had a good experience using this online course.

The course was actually pretty good. I put in my correct information but when I printed out my certificate my DOB says July 2027. This upset me because now my insurance company didn’t acknowledge it was really me. I called your company and was told it would be straightened out but it wasn’t. I was on the phone with my insurance company and after a lengthy conversation it was handled. This was definitely not my error it happened on your end.

The improv defensive driving course is a fun way to reduce the points off your drivers license ,and it also teaches you about being safe on the road

This is a thoroughly planned curriculum that takes care of instructional materials for a good driver

The course was entertaining, quick, and easy to follow however we took the course 11 days prior to due date and prior to course it stated we would get complimentary 4 tickets to improv and we are yet to see them. I called the court because Improv is yet to send the check to the court house and we are shy of 3 days from due date. Very disappointed as the checkout process was much easier than the process that should have been simpler and time efficient.

The course was easy to follow and very informative. I'm glad to upload it to my insurance company and get the discount.

The course was very user friendly.Instructors taught dedactically and made me feel they were holding a discourse with me personally. I love their style of instruction because it helped me to focus and listen attentively.

I got a security question wrong and they made me take the course from the beginning when I already put hours into it

Great refresher course on legal and intentional driving habits. It is the law to drive with a seatbelt buckled and secured, working seatbelt, in most states. I observed there was not a lot mentioned about driving using a safety or seat belt. However, the graphics and songs were great reminders of good driving habits.

The course was directed on attitude and using your Spidy senses. Great concept because the majority of drivers do not pay attention and are not courteous. They do not think that the vehicle is a weapon of mass destruction. Your course points this out in as many ways possible. A+ 100 %!

As many of us already know about driving regulations and the laws, it is good to remind us about safe driving methods. I was driving this morning around 7:30 am, and noticed many younger people trying to rush to places, cutting in, driving too close, and some giving a finger to others being slow. They only save a minute, and nothing changes, and it may cause a longer time to get places, and their anger and frustration are not worth having any problems on the road!

I recently completed ImprovLearning's defensive driving course. I took several defensive driving courses in the past, at times in person but mostly online, to benefit from reduced auto insurance rates. Needless to say they tended to drag along at a sloth's pace with droning pedantic voices lumbering on endlessly. Painful. Fingernails scraping a blackboard. Alas, I stumbled onto ImprovLearning's defensive driving course. It is quite different - pleasantly so. The pace is quick and the presentation was entertaining. Corny at times? Yeah, but this is part of the course's charm. It finally felt like someone was talking to me and not talking at me. While slightly more expensive than other defensive driving courses, it was worth the cost. I hate the sound of fingernails scraping a blackboard...

I really like that the course is informative as well as entertaining along with catching a discount to boot.

My experience was wonderful from beginning to end. I recommend IMPROV Traffic School to all my family and friends. Now I am saving a lot of money with Geico and this really makes a difference.
