I have been using phonebox for the past four years almost, and it's amazing. so easy to navigate, you never get any hidden fees, very easy to switch to a different plan, and they constantly renew them so better prices pop almost every other month! I just had a question and it was resolved without having to wait endlessly on the phone, Thanks to Mark for resolving all of it!

Horrible customer service I tried to use this company as my service provider paid upfront at their store on Seymour St in Vancouver had some problems with bringing over my old phone number from another horrible Telecom company Virgin Mobile wasted the entire day on this every time I needed to speak to customer service at Phonebox I was told that I had no account and that they had no record of me. I would then walk back to the store on Seymour St and then all of a sudden I do have a account had to go back three times in person and finally I gave up how can a company be so horrible at serving their customers. I would NOT recommend this company. THEY SIMPLY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

가입은 우벤유에서 했습니다. 당시 네이버 워홀카페, 우벤유, 헬로 벤쿠버 등에서 출국 기간에 맞춰 진행하는 프로모션을 찾아보고 가입했습니다.

특히 한국에 있는 가족들과도 더 좋는 품질로 통화할 수 있어 좋았습니다!
데이터도 끊기지 않고 불편함 전혀 없었습니다.

그리고 어플리케이션을 설치하면, 실시간 데이터 현황 및 자동이체 등록도 가능하여 요긴하게 사용 중입니다.

영어를 한다고해도 한국말이 당연히 편한데, 한국어 상담도 가능하고 상담사 분들도 너무 친절합니다.

it was such a seamless experience to change from my previous phone service to this one. The customer service was nice and polite, especially Sirine, and was welcomed to ask any questions needed.

I've recently moved to Canada & I was struggling to set up my new eSim due to a line issue. I used the online chat which I found extremely easy & I was assigned Katrina as my chat agent. She was so unbelievably helpful! I'd been trying to resolve the issue from 8am & by 9am I really wanted to go explore the city so Katrina advised that she would continue to work on my query & contact me once there had been a resolution. Later on in the afternoon the issue was fixed as Katrina had been working on it all day for me. Absolute star, so grateful! Thank you once again!
