I've been a customer for a few months. Originally, I just chose them because they seemed to provide good value for the price. Recently though, I was blown away by their customer service. My kids like to play Pokemon Go and used to connect some derelict phones to my device. When switching to PhoneBox, the hotspot did not work, and I thought, "oh well, they probably have it turned off for the low tier plan." After being repeatedly nagged by the little ones, I sent a question to their chat. I thought it would just be some canned AI response, but within less than an hour, I received a response from Emmalyn. I was told that hotspots are supported on all tiers, and she then did her best to help me troubleshoot the problem. In a time where I cannot even get a real human at amazon to help me with issues, PhoneBox still invests in skilled customer service that can help get my problems resolved. Kudos!
