Regarding eSIM application

Regarding my new eSIM application, the agents Katrina and Jessa were very kind and explained the procedure clearly and an easy-to-understand manner. They also waited patiently while I took the time I needed to prepare the information required. Thanks to their support, I was able to complete my request comfortably and quickly.
