Great value for money. However absolutely poor client service. They are as worst as other budget services even it come to customer service. It seems like their reps are not trained to do the job or sloppy in their work. Either way don't expect any customer service from them and you are definitely on your own. I am thinking of cancelling after my first month is done with them.

I was helping a friend's 15 son who came from China for a short period of time to activate a card that was supposedly Phonebox and activation instruction was provided to go to Phonebox website to activate the card. Upon getting to the site, it does not recognize the sim card number as it was a Rogers sim card. I then purchased a e-sim for the boy, turned out his phone does not support esim. So I called customer service to try to transfer the esim to the regular sim that the boy received from his school. Was told by the agent that it will only work on a phonebox sim card. I tried to order from Amazon a phonebox card, again received a Telus card. So does Phonebox not have proper sim?

There were two issues in payment(double charged and paybill from my bank account.) But Jun helped me enthusiastically(even weekend) and my two problems were all solved by Jun. I feel so thankful that he/she speaks Korean and did best for me.

The experience was great, since the support received has been punctual and clear from the start till the end. I was looking for a sim card for my daugther , travelling form Eu to Canada for 5 months of school, and since the beginning, support and instruction have been clear and simple to be worked out. Everything has worked well and thus would recommend to other.

Today I had perfect experience and was satisfied with Winny. She responded my questions very quickly and answered them. She knows how to treat customer’s needs.

The connection is often very very bad and slow. Bad call service, long wait times, it is really annoying.
