I contacted online support after not being able to get a promo link to work when activating my service. Mae was able to get the promo price added and made sure my account was all good.

Necesitaba un número canadiense para mi viaje. Lo activé el 26 de marzo, y el 2 de abril dejé de usarlo ya que salí del país. Por esos 7 días pagué por los días de marzo (del 26 al 31) pero también por todo el mes de abril, a pesar de que el día 2 es el último que utilicé la línea. El 16 de abril recibo email indicando que ya puedo pagar mi factura del mes de mayo. Intento entonces darme de baja (insisto, mi último día de uso del servicio fue el 2 de abril, y no lo voy a usar más), y me dicen que para darme de baja tengo que pagar el mes completo de mayo, por no se qué política suya. En resumen, pago por 6+30= 36 días de servicio para usarlo tan sólo 7 días, y que ahora pretenden que pague por 31 días más para poder darlo de baja. A esto yo lo llamo ESTAFA.

It’s okay. You get the data. If you go over you get charged over 100 dollars. I went over by 6G and it was upsetting to see that much. Sometimes my data has cut off randomly and there’s no compensation or reason. It just won’t work for a few hours. Despite that, the customer service is good at replying quickly when you need them. Data is 85% -90% reliable.

Emina was lovely to deal with, helped solve my issue with my SIM card very quickly! Would recommend 😊
