Definitely a keeper!
The user's guidebook to choose your size help me find the perfect size for my fit, that changed completely my shopping experience making it easy and secure. Shipping also was easy to track. The product itself is beautiful, the quality of the fabric and the finishings are top tier. Definitely would purchase again, but I'm sure this piece is going to last for a very long time. <3

Really helpful customer service. My swimsuit had a faulty clasp that broke after one wear (probably not the best quality but tbd on the next swimsuit). I reached out to customer service and they were both extremely helpful and quick to respond. They promptly shipped a new swimsuit to me. S/o my goat customer service rep Alice

The products are well made using very good materials. The only thing that was disappointing was I ordered 2 swimsuits in Sapphire Blue expecting them to look like the pictures on their website, and weren’t even close color wise. The color was very different (the suits looked purple). I felt let down with the color.

Read the labels
I ordered an all silk panty and when it arrived the label clearly stated that it was nylon, not silk. On the website it is listed as 100% silk.

The item purchased was our Manhattan Silk Set, which is made from 100% silk. While it is unlikely, there is always a possibility that a garment was incorrectly tagged during production, and we’d love to investigate this further.
Our customer service team will be reaching out to you directly, but if possible, we’d greatly appreciate seeing a photo of the label you received. That will help us determine exactly what happened.
In the meantime, we can assure you that the fabric used for this style is silk and not polyester or nylon. We take product descriptions very seriously and would like the opportunity to look into this for you.

BEWARE unauthorized charges and no customer service!!
I actually purchased swimsuits and lingerie from here several years ago and I did like the products at that time and had no significant issues with shipping. This last purchase I made however included an unauthorized charge of $82 for shipping even though my purchase of $392 qualified for free shipping. I placed my order on 5/29 and the expected arrival date is 6/22. How is that an extra $82 shipping charge?? I have tried 3 times to send emails to the customer service address provided and have not heard back. I don’t understand why I was charged $82 for shipping that will take more than 3 weeks, especially when this order qualified for FREE shipping. I want a refund on this unauthorized charge but have no one to contact!! I would be very wary of purchasing from this company whose apparent practice is to add unauthorized charges ($82!), long shipping waits even with unauthorized charges, and a nonexistent customer service.

We can assure you that we would never process an unauthorized charge. In fact, that’s not something we’re able to do—customers select and approve all charges at checkout before payment is processed.
Based on the amount mentioned, it’s possible that what you’re seeing is taxes and duties, which are displayed under the shipping line on some orders and can sometimes be mistaken for a shipping charge.
If you could please reach out to us with your order number or the email address used for the purchase, we’d be more than happy to investigate this for you right away. We take concerns like this very seriously and would love the chance to clarify what happened and make things right.

Misleading photos
I love the fit but I agree with some of the other reviews that the color is misleading. I bought the one piece tank in sapphire expecting a color that closely resembles a beautiful royal blue but received something closer to a purple instead. It was not what I was expecting and I am a bit disappointed. While I understand it’s advertised that it can look purple or blue depending on the lighting, it seems like based on the several other reviews with my same complaint, that the color should be renamed to “Purple Sapphire” to better represent the true color that is sent to customers.

The item ordered was our One Piece Tank Sapphire. Sapphire is not marketed as a blue colorway, and the product description specifically notes that it is a rich, shimmery shade that can appear more blue or more purple depending on the lighting. We also include a ghost image on the product page showing the truest representation of the fabric color.
After reviewing the photos you sent, we confirmed that the swimsuit received was the correct Sapphire color.
That said, we completely understand that the color did not meet your expectations. Although the item received matched the product ordered, we have already provided a prepaid return label and approved a full refund once the item is returned.
We’re sorry this wasn’t the experience you were hoping for and appreciate the opportunity to make it right. 🤍

Very misleading photo and descriptions, they picture a full set (top and bottom) yet they only send one or the other.
Customer service wasn't helpful, just replied with mentioning they are separate pieces, not full sets.
(Even though full sets are pictured when shopping)
Returned the item and will not purchase again.

While we show styled images of the complete look, individual pieces are purchased separately throughout our lingerie and swim collections.
