Nice designs on the website.. the sizes aren’t accurate. We returned goods and were only given vouchers for the shop and had to pay to return costs to Malaysia!. The second set of goods (which required extra shipping payment to receive) were also not accurate fitment for the sizing charts.

We have given the swimsuit to charity and written off buying from Gooseberry.

I needed to modify my order by removing an item within the hour allotted and add a different color but it didn't let me. I tried for 25 mins on the site and just gave up I will be returning the incorrect color that I couldn't remove and will not pay the restocking fee.

A bikini that actually fits my body and makes me look good, usually unheard of, until I received my gooseberry order.

amazingggggg experience with gooseberry swimswear as usual!!! the color is absolute stunning and looks exactly like the pics on the website. sizing was also super accurate, the measurement on the website made it super easy to choose the right size. i got an S, im about 123 pounds and 5’3 and the suit fits me perfectlyyyyy. it shapes your body so well!! don’t even get me started on the quality of the fabric! it’s soooo soft and comfy and provides great support, you can jsut tell it’s made with high quality materials! customer service were very responsive and friendly throughout the whole shopping experience. will definitely be repurchasing again!

It was great! Swimsuits are amazing. Thought of returning but i decided to keep them alm.

I was worried about getting a one piece being 5’8 with a longer torso. The swimsuit fit wonderfully. It’s super cheeky but doesn’t feel like it’s riding up and snatches everything in. Will need to buy another color!

I had to do a size exchange and my timeframe was tight (my bach was just over a week away). Customer service was excellent with processing it and getting me the right size in time. Super communicative and helpful. Also loved the suit.

Good, but wouldn't pay full price - I got top an bottoms 50% off. Fits pretty well, but the quality feels a lot cheaper than I would've guessed.

I had a great experience with Gooseberry. I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong size bathing suit and contacted their customer service about returns and questions about fit. I talked to an extremely helpful person name Alice. She was very responsive and detailed with sizing description that helped me pick the right size. She also helped me with my return. Very positive customer support experience.
Additionally, I find the quality of their bathing suits to be really good and very comfortable. The bathing suit stays in place and doesn’t move around which is really nice and I feel like it will last me a while.

Alice was very attentive, kind and quick with her responses. She went the extra mile to provide a solution for me and made the exchange process super easy. I will continue to shop with gooseberry based off this interaction!
