I ordered 1 sweatshirt and the automated email continues to tell me it was held up in customs and THAT I SHOULD CIRCLE BACK to see what is happening with my purchase. Why is 1 simple sweatshirt being held up in customs TWICE!! This company is a COMPLETE FRAUD!! Do NOT WASTE your money and steer clear of GOODYTEES

I ordered a Knitted Icelandic Cardigan from this Goodtee site , beautiful photos of models wearing Knitwear, when it arrived it was a thin material with a Knitwear print photographed onto the material, pure rubbish, cheap and nasty. Avoid this company at all cost. Still waiting on refund

Bought what i thought was an icelandic cardigan made of wool like the picture, ended up a synthetic zipper, nothing like what it is in the add, looked good in add but its not what you get ,disappointed

I ordered a linen shirt from this company. When it FINALLY arrived, it didn’t look anything like the shirt that was advertised online. The fabric, lace and workmanship were awful. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Total fake. Nothing like pictures, cheap joke. Disappointed. Lesson learned...

They sent me a different Kamala shirt than the one I ordered. It has hideous puffy sleeves. I tried to return it or get a refund but they say themselves they have a long cumbersome return/refund policy. I cut the sleeves off and WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Everything that other reviewers have said is absolutely correct.

The pictures have no bearing on the junk that you get. They take no responsibility and just lie more and more.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It's one of those new "companies" set up in China that appear to be local. They have no support - their grammar is very poor - shipping from China takes months AND product images are fake. What you receive will be a cheap knock off in a very small size because their sizing system is for smaller Asian people- they eventually told me this! My pants and jacket look like a child's size. Very deceptive practices, and you will NEVER get you money back- I've tried. They offer you a small discount to try to get you to buy more! And then end by telling you to have a nice day.

Si tratta di una truffa essenzialmente. Ho acquistato due meglie e un pantalone. I prodotti sono di qualita' molto scadente in generale, e in alcuni NON rispecchiano minimamente l’immagine sul sito (sono chiaramente prodotti diversi).
Ho provato a contattare per richiedere un rimborso almeno per il pantalone che neanche somigliava a quello visto in foto. Mi hanno offerto subito un buono sconto da spendere sul sito, di fronte a mia insistenza ha avviato una richiesta di rimborso. Sono passati piu di 7 mesi e nessuna risposta. Ho riscritto varie volte e nulla.

Gezeigt wurden schöne oberteile mit langer weißer Bluse unten drunter. Es kam lediglich ein im schlechten Stoff geliefertes T-Shirt ohne das unterteil .also es sah überhaupt nicht so aus. Finger weg von diesem Verein ich verlange jetzt schon seit über einem Monat ein Retourenschein. Nichts passiert bei diesem S.a.u. Verein. Selbst der eine Stern ist noch zu viel Kauf da bloß nichts...VORSICHT BETRUG!!!

Ordered a jumper for a Christmas present it never arrived. I've been told it's either out of stock or on its way. I have asked for a refund several times and still not received anything. They are completely useless and customer service is non existent. DO NOT ORDER

I ordered a blouse before Christmas. When is arrived it was like an old rag. I returned it but they say that they never received it, even though I showed them proof of posting. They eventually said that as a goodwill gesture they would refund me £10. The blouse was £25.
Still received the refund even after numerous emails. A disgusting company.

Ordered 2 items a month in advance for a birthday, the items had been asked for. One eventually came after I chased 3 times by email. The item was very poor quality for £40 and the print was completely out of focus. The second I have now cancelled. Birthday ruined 😡😡😡

On the 8/12 2023 I ordered many items totaled $US204.41 = $AU312.15. Have not heard from them or received the order. It is now 9/2/2024. These were sweaters I ordered from my daughters to give as gifts. Just read their reveiws many many complaints. DON'T ORDER from them.
Very disappointed and out of pocket $AU312.51.

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company and found them from an ad on Insta. Months went by and it wasn’t delivered. I called to inquire and their excuse was that they have other countries to deliver to, too. I tried to cancel the order. Another month later a sweatshirt arrives. The sweatshirt looked like a junky one with a decal on it. It didn’t have any of the detail that was on the picture. There’s no way I’ll ever wear it in public, so it’s for cold days inside.

My daughter ordered a hoodie for me for a holiday present. It was not at all as described. The quality was cheap and the fit was strange. I have been contacting them weekly for the last month. They offered me 20% off a new hoodie if I wanted to keep the one I received. I told them I was not interested and just wanted to return the one I have. They have been extremely uncooperative. Please do not order from them!

I would never deal with this company again. I ordered a sweatshirt, which looked good on the photo on line, but when it arrived it was far too big and frankly did not fit the description. The material was awful. I contacted them to return it for a refund and was asked if I would accept a 20% voucher towards another article, and perhaps give the sweater to a relative of friend !! What a cheek !. I notice on the address label to me there is a return address for a unit in Feltham so it can be returned. I shall wait and see........
