DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! I ordered goods in August last year which were not delivered until 4 weeks later. On opening the package the goods were made of the cheapest quality material that I've ever seen - absolutely disgraceful! I contacted them to return the goods and after roughly 6 emails they eventually provided the return details. I paid around £30 to return the goods to China and after 4 weeks heard nothing. I contacted Lunvra who said they would look into it - nothing further after 2 weeks, so contacted them again asking for my refund. I have emailed them about 15 times since with nor reply- still haven't received my refund. When I checked the tracking details apparently the package was stuck in customs in Shanghai. Checked again a week ago and it had been released in January so emailed Lunvra again asking for my refund - surprise, surprise - no reply. A few days ago my postie delivered the package back to me!!! Marked as not picked up by company! So now I'm stuck with goods that I don't want made in material I wouldn't clean the floor with and am out of pocket by over £100. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

If I could do a minus I would! Bought dress, looked like a black bin bag( nothing like pic) told to return( to China) I did- in December 2025 still awaiting refund. They’ve stopped answering me so now I’m £60 down- disgusting scammers! In advertisement it said they were London based but returns go to China- this company is a rip off

Just terrible - they took a long time to deliver my items and never replied when I asked to return them. Bad quality clothing - price does not match quality - too expensive. Really a scam running free...

Its been over a month and I havent recieved my order. I emailed thenm several times and every time there is a different excuse ie 'being held up' somewhere. I paid $79 for this product. Its nothing else but a scam!

I placed my order with Lunerva on December 7, 2025. As of February 12, 2026, it has yet to arrive. I received an email saying it was delivered December 29, 2025. The same email showed the item was in customs on December 31, 2025. After several more emails , they sent me an invoice from an alleged currier who claims it was delivered on January 2, 2026. Customs on 12-31-25 and my front door on 1-2-26. I think not. I have requested a refund. They have not responded. I’m now working with my bank to get a chargeback. I will never order from them again.

I’m not sure this is an actual business. Do not order. I placed a Christmas gift order on December 5th. After inquiring near Christmas, they said they would expedite. The order never arrived. I asked for a refund in January. Lunvera then said the package was delivered. I went to the post office with Lunvera’s tracking number, but the post office had no such number in in their system

Lunra or Lyvora London are all the same company shipping goods from China. I got a dress that didn't fit me and was £39 so not that cheap and I needed to return it but NO ONE FROM CUSTOMER services seems to exist. You have to ship back to China at your own expenses but others on here have said that they still do refund you. I am so disappointed and this is a big SCAM BEWARE!

Counterfeit goods !! The company will not refund and now have stopped communicating . Do not give them any money. I have reported to relevant authorities .

If I could give it less than one star, I would. Usually I check reviews before I purchase but for this one. Somehow I forgot to do the due diligence. Big mistake. The item I received in no way looked like or even cane close to the description provided for the body suit in the video or images. Unbelievable trash! I do not recommend the body suit from this site (Lunerva)! It will not fit anyone properly, so I can't even give it away!

This company steals your money! Placed an order at the start of December and now its the end of January and no order no refund and no communication. Never ever order anything from these criminals.

Ordered a top a few months back. Took forever to come but happy when it finally arrived. Ordered another one at the beginning of November. Still has not arrived. Emailed numerous times but have not bothered to get back to me. Poor service.

My item finally got delivered which was not the correct size and horrid. I'd previously tried to cancel the order and was told I wasn't able to as it had already been shipped but assured I could return and get refunded, when I emailed I wanted to return the item I was told I couldn't return it and they'd offer me 25% and keep the item , the item is fit for the bin and nothing more, since this I've completely been ghosted but will be contacting my bank. Shocking scammers !!

Do NOT buy ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They send products that are not true to size and them they ghost you. SMH

The case I ordered and what I received were so different it was pathetic. It was printed off Center and you couldn’t even see the full log

I have put in my order two months ago I have not received anything. I have did the chain of commands which is emailing them about items but now that I’m reading all the reviews there’s nothing positive about this company.

Can only reiterate what has been said before and wish I'd read these reviews before placing an order.

If I could I would give this company a nil.
Ordered what I thought was coming from London only to find once I got the tracking number it was based in China. The product was really bad quality and on trying to get a returns policy for a refund there has been no response. I think a letter to trading standards is the next step.

I managed to get a refund from Lunvra .com. We exchanged many emails. They offered me a 40% refund and to keep the dress or a full refund if I returned the dress to their warehouse in China. This was where it had come from, not the shop in London as the advert would have you believe.
I contacted MasterCard as I had ordered a linen dress and the cheap quality label stated clearly that it wasn't linen. Mastercard refunded the money straight away but Lunvra refunded the money to me pretty swiftly after that at which point Mastercard reclaimed the money back from me. I guess Mastercard could have a bigger impact on their misleading business than an individual customer can. If you can use Section 75 or Chargeback protection from your debit or credit card then I thoroughly recommend it. It felt great to know that Lunvra.com didn't profit from their scam. As advised by my credit card supplier, I sent Lunvra.com a message that the dress is at my house if they care to collect it.

As other reviews have described, the company make it looks like they are moving from London to Shrewsbury and are selling off the stock from their London shop. None of this is true. They admitted to me by email that they have no shops in the UK when I asked why they don't appear on Companies House register.
The photos of the shop, staff and quality clothes on rails is all a fiction.
