For me it was absolutely fine. The phlebotomist was friendly, careful and the venue was very welcoming (if you can say that for a blood test!!). The procedure went without a hitch.

TRT routine blood draw
As part of my ongoing TRT therapy I have to have bloods done every few months. From start to finish the process was excellent. Kelly instantly knew I wasn’t keen to have bloods taken but kept me talking and distracted and then it was all over. Not even a mark on my arm which never happens. Highly recommended

I’ve been to the same nurse twice now, I think she’s called Leah. She’s very nice and chatty. She was having a tough day and going through some stuff but still was very professional and friendly.

Jodie at Skin you will love in Flint…
Jodie at Skin you will love in Flint was amazing. She was friendly, calm and was able to draw blood easily and professionally. I had this appointment booked after going for a private blood test where the clinician couldn’t get blood from me and wasn’t well trained. Would definitely use the service again and go back to Jodie. The appointment was easy enough to book last minute.

They are completely incompetent
They are completely incompetent and their customer service is non-existent. After two weeks, and then allegedly raising the order three times, apparently the lab still haven’t managed to despatch any of the orders. This is not a delivery problem, apparently the orders aren’t getting out of the labs warehouse??? You would think that a key required a mail order test house would be the ability to post an envelope wouldn’t you? When you ring up they are very polite, but completely ineffectual, tbey can’t resolve the problem, tbey can’t even find out the root cause of the problem and they either don’t respond at all or else take two days to get back to you. They are completely hopeless

We’re genuinely sorry for the experience you’ve had and completely understand your frustration. Waiting two weeks for an order, followed by repeated attempts to resolve the issue, is not the level of service we aim to provide.
Unfortunately, we have been experiencing an ongoing issue with generating orders, which has meant that it has not progressed to dispatch as it should have. We also recognise that our follow-up and communication during this time have not been good enough, and we sincerely apologise for this.
If you would prefer not to continue waiting, please contact us at Clinic@goodbodywellness.co.uk and we will be happy to arrange a full refund for you.
We’re very sorry again for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
