For me it was absolutely fine. The phlebotomist was friendly, careful and the venue was very welcoming (if you can say that for a blood test!!). The procedure went without a hitch.

The clinic staff were great, the goodbody customer service team on the phone? not so much, called to ask to rebook my appointment due to M4 being shut and me not being able to make it there in time, said he would call me back, never ended up calling me… called the clinic myself and rebooked within minutes. Bit of a shame as they were excellent over email.

Results revealed several areas where the sample of blood was considered 'too old' to give a result making this a fruitless exercise when a full test was necessary. Got results on the last possible day (5-7 WORKING days) so quick turnaround claim pointless.

Blood was taken professionally by a friendly but efficient staff member. The high street location was easy to get to. The phlebotomist packed and labelled the blood sample for me. Very good service.

It was my first time using Becca Aesthetics in Eastbourne for a phlebotomy visit. The team were very friendly and welcoming and because its kitted out for aesthetics it was very comfortable for the reason for my visit. Excellent professional service. Got me in to do the works really quickly. The price was much cheeper then other companies i got quotes from. My car was quite damaged but after these guys fixed it honestly it looked like nothing ever happened. I will 100% return here if needed any repairs and would recommend these to anyone for sure.
