The website says 2-5 days world wide shipping. My device took over two weeks and was dropped shipped directly from Trimui. I bought this with crossmix pre-installed and instead it came with the default os. Customer service was dismal and you get flooded with marketing emails. Don't buy anything from gogamegeek. Just save the hassle and buy directly from the Trimui store.

An easy experience. From the product, to the quality, to the surprising speed of the shipment! This was one of the easiest online purchases that I've made all things considered.

Took 4 days for you to initiate a shipment after payment was received, then an E-Mail informing me that it could possibly be 2 months before I receive my item... I'll not use your service again...

This was my first time ever to make an order from them so I didn't know what to expect initially. I just want to say they are very fast at getting back to you if you e-mail them with any concerns, and that they genuinely do care about their reputation by doing right for their customers. I myself would order another device from them in the future, and would recommend them to others based on my first experience.

Attempted to return a defective product, customer support has ignored my request.

It came pretty quick per the website's shipping rules, works with a lot of games. Feels amazing and plays great. I have not had any major issues or breakdowns with any games except for the dual screen games which i just tend to avoid.

I still haven’t received my order

my first few orders went fantastic, but in the last couple of months things have gone down hill. One of the items I ordered kept showing as preparing the order. after several emails back and forth and being assured that it would ship, I finally receive an email that said they were out of stock on that item now and they would have to cancel my order. at that point everyone else was sold out to and I missed my opportunity to get it. most recently I ordered an item that said it was coming from the usa warehouse and it would ship within 3-5 business days which worked for my needs, but 7 days later the item shipped, but its coming from china instead of the USA warehouse and will not arrive in time. when I contacted customer service all they sorry, there is nothing they can do. apart from these 2 orders going very badly the shipping times have gone from around 5 days to I have had things not ship in over 3 weeks. this company service and their customer service department has gone completely down hill in the last few months.

5 weeks later, an item clearly marked as in stock at the time of purchase has not been shipped. Customer service keeps lying about it being in stock, but not shipping it.

Every well so far

Probably the best retro handheld store out there. Super fast handling and shipping (took less than a week to receive the goods in Sweden). Already ordered three times, and the whole process couldn't be better. Everything was perfectly declared as well, meaning no extra tull taxes. Also, exceptional customer service. Will definitely buy again in the future.

I haven't received my order for over 25 days and I don't know how to get a refund. I will not order from this site again.

Don't expect to get the game console color you ordered.and when you email them to ask questions they don't really respond back customer service sucks all they are is a drop shipper they just want your money they don't care about anything else if you could buy the product somewhere else it would be best

The item was shipped quickly and packaged carefully. Excellent quality and price. I had a couple of questions and they answered them very quickly. All around great experience. I'll definitely purchase from them again.
