After a desperate night emptying buckets as water hissed through the downstairs ceilings it was such a relief when Paul rocked up to stop the flood. How a bloke the size of a bear managed to manoeuvre in a very tight void whilst totally filling the coat cupboard beneath I just can’t imagine. Cheerfully and efficiently fixed the leak which was in an impossible position in the middle of a joist. Must buy him a cape for Xmas!

I received an accurate ETA and engineer (Ryan) arrived exactly on time. Issue was identified and fixed in less than half an hour. Ryan was happy to explain what he was doing and answer my questions. He was able to give me some useful info regarding the heating system that I was previously unaware of. Excellent job.

The engineer (Doru Cinca) did a temporary fix, ordered the part and came back in a couple of days to fix permanently.

From the moment of our home emergency Go2gas were immediately on it. The communication and detailed fault finding to source the root cause of our major leak was thorough and precise. I would in particular like to recognise Stephen & Ryan who both attended my home on separate occasions and between them over the course of the week sourced, ordered part’s and replaced them to get our heating and hot water system back up and running.
The knowledge and professionalism shown by Stephen and Ryan was incredible and so reassuring.
The communication from the office team namely Jake for organising appointments around our busy home life was greatly appreciated and efficient.

We had a phone call in the morning to give us a time window of when they would arrive. We got another call when they were half hour away. The plumber was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Identified our leak, fixed it within 30 mins (new fixtures and some pipe work). No more leak. Polite chap. Couldn’t ask for more. Really happy.

Jamie and Harry did a fantastic job installing our new boiler. They were both professional and dedicated, staying late to ensure the job was completed to the highest standard.
​Our new boiler looks great, and the pipework is so neat and tidy. They even made sure everything was left clean and tidy before they left. I highly recommend their service!
