Everything was great
Everything was great. The shop told me the expected delivery date was on Monday, but on Friday I got an email that my package was out for delivery. Very organized and best communication. I also got a confirmation delivery email. Thanks!

Parcel was left outside the front door…
Parcel was left outside the front door on public footpath without letting me know (no text message or phone call from the driver), and I am living by the main road. Anyone could take it as they have walked by. I had no chance to ask to leave it with neighbours or the petrol station just around the corner.

Early but no consideration
got my delivery earlier than expected which is nice but they left it right in front of the door where it could get stolen when I was not home instead of placing it somewhere hidden. Not happy with that

Just left at the door
All contents were in good condition but the box was just left outside the door for everyone to see. This is clearly a risk and I don't understand why couriers do this. I would not send anything with GLS because of this for fear of theft .

Very disappointing experience with GLS
Very disappointing experience with GLS. My parcel has not been delivered to me. GLS keeps sending me a photo showing a door with house number 8, while I live at 108B. I have no idea where this is or which street it is on.
I have asked GLS to provide the exact delivery location, but instead I keep receiving the same photo. Where am I supposed to look for my parcel? This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.Very disappointing experience with GLS

Got a parcel delivered yesterday as the Eircode is confusing in our rural area the parcel was delivered to a new neighbour’s house next door which is currently under renovations, we got an email to say it had been delivered but when we got home no sign of parcel Normally would call into the neighbours but as mentioned under renovations. Spoke to Karl in the Customer Service Team this morning who was able to provide a photo of the house it was delivered to (next door neighbour) called over to builder who had taken the parcel in yesterday. Parcel received, Mission Accomplished thanks to Karl in GLS.
