Six times in a row
Six times in a row, drivers have dumped my packages by the front gate—miles away from my actual front door—without even bothering to knock. Because these deliveries contained food, they were left out in the sun to spoil or be stolen. I'm Disabled and I’ve had to struggle carrying these heavy boxes inside myself, essentially doing the driver’s job for them.
Every time I contact customer service with photo evidence, I get the exact same generic response: "Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we value your feedback..." It’s meaningless automated rubbish. I asked for my issue to be escalated to management, and my recent emails have been completely ignored. They clearly do not care about their customers. Avoid at all costs.
DO NOT US THIS COMPANY they do not value its cumsomers at all they do not care

It seems like the parcel is never going to arrive.

It's not good enough. Deliveries from abroad take less time to arrive.

Everything was great. The shop told me the expected delivery date was on Monday, but on Friday I got an email that my package was out for delivery. Very organized and best communication. I also got a confirmation delivery email. Thanks!

Parcel was left outside the front door…
Parcel was left outside the front door on public footpath without letting me know (no text message or phone call from the driver), and I am living by the main road. Anyone could take it as they have walked by. I had no chance to ask to leave it with neighbours or the petrol station just around the corner.

Early but no consideration
got my delivery earlier than expected which is nice but they left it right in front of the door where it could get stolen when I was not home instead of placing it somewhere hidden. Not happy with that

Just left at the door
All contents were in good condition but the box was just left outside the door for everyone to see. This is clearly a risk and I don't understand why couriers do this. I would not send anything with GLS because of this for fear of theft .
