Unfortunately my new lights didn't work fine. During the Fat Viking race 2022 edition in Norway when I needed it during the night it didn't work. It was so stressful . I'm afraid of using it cause it could not work properly when I need it. I was going to return it to you .

This light is awesome it's lite and it lights up the trail perfectly

Purchased Gloworm 4-cell battery. Turned up soon after ordering. We recently had an issue with one of our lights. Gloworm repaired the light even though it was just out of of its warranty period which was much appreciated. Our family has purchased a number of items from Gloworm. They are a great product.

Received the lights within 3-4 business days, very quick to ship to Adelaide. Good packaging, presented nicely with draw string bag to keep the light in long term. No issues with the lights thus far, look forward to enjoying many more night rides this winter!

Looked at a few different options and read a bunch of light reviews.
Super happy i ended up with the gloworm set.
Battery life has been longer than specs say, lights are a really well thought
out design and are perfect on or off road.

I am happy, they came fast with all the goodies, they replaced a stolen light. A bit sad my old batteries don’t fit the plug, do you guys make an adapter to fit the old battery to the new light?

I recently made my bike ready for commuting to work in winter and ordered the CX series quarter turn mount for the CX lights I already use on my road bike.

The ordering process was easy-peasy, the delivery was fast. All in all Gloworm did a great job.
However, only the quarter mount arrived which left me behind confused because its product page also shows a picture of the quarter mount assembled with the bar mount.
Long story short: The bar mount needs to be ordered as well. There is no "set" offer. Not a biggie at all if you know upfront.
The downside is that I ended up with surplus material (two bolts for connecting the two). If there was a way to order them together, either in single pieces or already connected, this surplus might go away.
Alternatively, only the attachment to the bar mount ie. quarter turn or others comes with the bolt as the bar mount on its own cannot be used to attach a light.

Even on a Saturday they were super responsive with any questions I had about their product. Also when I forgot to put in a discount code i had they helped me out of my facepalm moment by crediting me back the difference.

Really enjoying the product, I’m going to run out of energy before the light does!

By far the brightest cycling lights I’ve seen, purchased for long off road events.
They feel very sturdy and well built but not too heavy given the battery life.

I like that you can customise the brightness to further extend the battery life which still gives you much light to play with.

Customer service was great, a small delay due to stock in my area but quickly dispatched the day stock arrived.

A little hiccup with the battery not working, after my first night ride.
Unchargeable not responsive.
But when I contacted Gloworm Lights they sent me a replacement very promptly and provided a return courier package for the old battery to be returned.
Awesome warranty service.

So I ordered an x2 and was delivered an xsv. Disappointing. I sent an email to Gloworm support. I received a response "I’ll get a replacement and return sticker out to you tomorrow." Three days later, nothing. I sent another email. I received a response "A replacement has been sent today." It did finally arrive and it's great but the service is a bit crap.
