Ordered from the site for the first time and the description of what I purchased is NOT what was described. I ordered a 7 foot skeleton and received a 7 inch skeleton. This site is a scam. I am currently trying to get a refund back.

Zero stars.
Ordered the 7ft skeleton. Took 6 weeks to arrive. The skeleton is palm size. They won't refund the money. I bought thru PayPal. Filing a dispute.

As the others have stated, I bought what I thought was a 7 foot skeleton but it's tiny. 6 inches is pushing it! Took 2 months to get it too! Stay away from this company!

If I could do negative zero stars I would. Literally a scam company.

Purchased an item came 3 weeks late and it was not the item I ordered.

I had screen shot everything as I had never ordered anything from them before.

The item was to be seven feet tall-it was an outdoor Halloween decoration. It came in the mail not packaged and it’s not even 7 inches tall.

Customer service said that was the item I ordered and sent me a NEW picture of the advertisement no knowing I had saved the original one with the date.

Liars. Scam artists and cheap junk. Don’t bother. I’ll have to file a claim with my bank.

Also purchased what was suppose to be a 7 ft skeleton, picture advertising lawn decoration even showed item as 7ft tall. I’m finally arrived well over a month later & isn’t even 7” tall. New advertisement photo shows small skeleton now but I have the photos from my original purchase to show it was switched. Will be disputing this purchase & filing a complaint!

Company is an absolute scam. I purchased but was supposed to be a 7-ft tall skeleton lawn decoration. The picture even showed an adult woman standing next to it. After over a month the item actually arrived. And it is not even 7 in. The company has since changed the post to make it reflect the 7-in skeleton but I have the screenshots from the original advertisement. I had a suspicion they were a scam so luckily I purchased it on a safe card and was able to get a reimbursement. GlowFlip is an absolute scam.

I wish I could give zero stars, this website is a complete SCAM, stay away at all costs. Like many others, I ordered the giant skeleton yard decoration that was supposed to be 7 feet tall. After Halloween had come and gone 5 weeks later, I had still not received the item so I asked for a refund. They wouldn't budge so I filed a complaint with PayPal. Suddenly they shipped me something, but when I received it, I about died laughing. It's a tiny little skeleton that fits in my hand, about 4 inches tall! Not even close in size to what I ordered! Oh, they also overcharged me by $10.32 on PayPal. Ugh this place is horrible.

They are a scam! They sold a GIANT 7’ yard skeleton on their website and it cost $41 and they sent a 6” plastic toy note refusing to provide a full refund for false advertising and I plan to file consumer complaints and post their scams everywhere.

Ordered Xmas tree bauble arrived bent out of shape unfixable and 75 per cent smaller than advertised. They are refusing return and refund even tho I provided photo evidence. They offer me 2 USD compensation for my £16.99 purchase of useless goods. You have been warned.

Total scam. I ordered a 7ft Skelton. Not only did it take 5+ weeks to arrive ..and too late for Halloween but it was only @10 inches tall. Described as “giant” clearly it is not. Total rip off and at 35$ each one (I stupidly ordered two!) I am not out the 80$.+.
I’ve reached out to them and was told this is what I ordered. I sent them the description on their site. It’s fraud and false advertising!

Don't even deserve the 1 star. Worst company. I ordered the ground breaking skeleton on 10/2,paid extra for speedy delivery 7-10 days. Today is 10/27, still no package. No way to get ahold of anyone they provide only an email address that just sends generated emails. No information. NOW they took the ablity to look at my tracking info away. I have no idea what is going on.. Dont buy anything from this site. its a SCAM and there is no such thing as customer service from them.
