I ordered one item on May 23rd, 2024. I’ve emailed them twice asking for a refund this past week, July 19th. They just apologize for the shipping delay and ignore anything to do with a refund. Never will order anything from this company again.

I have been waiting to get my package that I ordered from this company over 3 weeks ago and all I get are numerous replies that seem to be coming from a robot or a very stupid human being with a script that never gives any real information except my package was shipped or it's on the way give them a chance,wait. It's one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They never seem to know where my package is they just keep making excuses about it and telling me to be patient and it's on the way. The first time they told me oh it's in Sweden somewhere. Why is it in Sweden? Nobody knows, then two weeks later I still haven't gotten it, and July 15 now I get a notice oh it's suddenly cleared custom somewhere in the United States. But where in the United States it doesn't say it doesn't say or know when I'm going to receive it. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced from a company and I'm furious. I asked them for a refund I told him I wanted to cancel the order but they say can't do it. So I'm stuck here everyday getting these emails with the same crap in them and no real information. There's a tracking number but that doesn't give any real information either as to where my package is, nobody ever seems to know where it really is! I'm assuming this comes from China and it just one more reason why nobody should ever do business with companies from China because they suck. And then they make sure that you never have time to make a return in the time they give you to get a refund. The language used in their emails to me tell me they're not real Native English speakers and I think they have a lot of nerve to tell me to be patient after giving you this runaround for 3 weeks. They're unreliable I can't trust them at this point. Maybe one day I'll receive the package but who knows? I think the Better Business Bureau needs to know about them.

I just received my order and my suspicions were right about this company they lied to me. I'm sure this came from So. China at the Shenzhen General Warehouse Operation Center to the United States and then it was mailed from Chicago Illinois from Ron Wang at 1 So. Ashland Ave 60609! So he didn't know where my package was all this time and couldn't tell me? Or how it wound up in Sweden? And one of my items in there have been open before it wasn't brand new I could tell cuz it wasn't vacuum sealed. What is more, the package stinks. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. I'm filing a report with a Better Business Bureau and maybe the police if the BBB can't help me.

Final update from me July 28. I wrote the company a couple more times to and where they are located and send me their phone number. They never responded to it. Not even track down that guy in Chicago to see if he really is the seller or the person who mailed it to me from there and I did it through Instagram. Turns out it's supposedly a big science professor but at that same address which was the return address on the package I received. But he would not answer my questions either. I think it's because he knows I was on to him.

Ordered May 2nd as of today July 5th..still have not rcvd. Last tracking update was on 6/26.

Ordered my product on May 27, 2024. Today is July 4, 2024 and I have no bras. The last tracking update was June 12, 2024. This company is a SCAM and I believe I may have fallen for them twice now. I think they use multiple names. Last year I bought Hoka Shoes, 3 pairs, never received. I don't think I'll be receiving this shipment either. BUYER BEWARE!!

Placed my order over a month ago and they keep telling me that the tracking has been updated… it has been saying it’s in Hartford Ct since 6/12. I’ve contacted them several times with the same response” your tracking will be updated soon”… I have now requested a refund with no response… I would never order from this company… I regret that I didn’t read reviews first! I would be giving a -10 if it allowed.

These bras are so tiny! No way do they match the size I requested. I will NOT order from this company again.

Items took forever to arrive. They came from overseas. They did not fit. I submitted a return request and followed their directions and it’s 3 days later with no resolution. Instead they ask me if there is someone I could just give the items to instead of returning them. I feel like they are making this difficult to see if I will just rat the money I spent and they won’t have to refund me. What a joke! Go somewhere else. This headache isn’t worth it.

I placed an order for 2 strapless bras in May 2024 it's now June 18th, 2024. I have requested a refund 4 times now. They are still not able to give me an Eta on the package. But wants me to keep waiting for the package. I've told them I no longer want the items to just keep them. They're saying they can't stop the items from coming but for me to open the package see if I like them if not, they would let me send them back on my dime. I've told them 3 times I will refuse the package and they're saying I can't do that. Well here in the USA we can do that. Will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.. I wish there was a way to leave no stars. BUYERS BE WARE !

If I could give this a negative, I would. Complete SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Still fighting PayPal for a refund on my "giant" skeleton. My 7 foot skeleton showed up over a month late and was 7 INCHES. I will not stop until I get a refund. I will review this crap company on every site possible so nobody else gets scammed!

I too fell for the 7ft skeleton scam. I called myself reading reviews & looked at their customer service comments which all read they stand behind their products, etc. At that time there weren’t any bad reviews about the skeleton & as I come here now to write my review, I see many. I will just say it has taken 2 whole months to get the “giant” skeleton, all of 8” tall. Their customer service is a joke & I will probably never get my money back but I’m going to try. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM GLOWFLIP!! Do not support these scammers!

I ordered a Halloween decoration. The skeleton sent was nothing like the picture or description. It was 4x smaller then described and the arms wouldn't move to look like the picture on the website. I contacted customer service and they said the correct item was what I received. I gave them a chance to make it right, but they stuck with their scam. Buyer beware!

Horrible horrible! Not only did it take three months for it to be delivered, but the item was nothing like the photo. It was a mini aversion, size of my hand skeleton.

I ordered a giant ground breaking skeleton and they sent me a cheap skeleton from the dollar store so small not what I ordered also it took over a month to get it!! This site is a scam and reporting site waiting to get my money back.

Like others that posted before me, I was also scammed on 7 ft skeleton that I was expecting. The skeleton was so small it arrived in small white package that fit in my mailbox.
That is not what was depicted on the website advertisement.
I have sent them an email requesting a refund. It also took 6 weeks to come in.

Me and my 5 1/2’ skeleton have come here for support. It looks at me with its judgmental grin knowing only one of us has been to Italy.

If I could give this place negative stars, believe me I would! I ordered the groundbreaking giant skeleton that is supposedly 8 ft tall on October 1st... Let me put it this way, it just came in the mail today, November 16th, and it's sitting on my kitchen island and isn't even 8inches wide. I definitely would not recommend this store. Save your money!!

Another victim of the "Giant Skeleton" scam. This Skeleton was advertised as being 6 ft tall to go in the front yard. What arrived isn't even 12 inches tall. I've sent an email requesting a full refund and will be allowing them 24 hours to respond before filing a fraud claim with my credit card company I purchased the item on. Don't buy anything from this company!

Scam. Item took forever to arrive, too late for holiday, and was not at all as described. Return requires expensive return postage. Scam.

I ordered the giant skeleton and received an extra small giant skeleton. What a scam. I ordered on September and its November now. When I reached out to them they said they couldn't track it because the tracker was not updated. I emailed them of my non satisfactory on item. Gonna wait to see their response. I want a full refund on this tiny giant skeleton.
