It took over a month to get the belt I order but it was not the size I ordered. It was 10 inches too large. No invoice in package and the return policy is worthless. This in my opinion, is a scam company. Customer service sent a reply asking for all sorts of proof of purchase but no receipts had any of that info.

Maybe the company should be honest! Fake tracking, USPS said it was never delivered to post office. The corn cob stripper (2) tools never arrived. Company claimed it was delivered and said I should check my mail. I needed to file a claim. Buyers beware. I don't want to give #1 they deserve #0.

Order never received. Received BS "tracking" links with fake updates. Refusing to issue refund.

If I could give them a zero I would. I waited for a product for Valentines for six weeks and then they said it was undeliverable which is never happened at my address ever then they said they’d have to charge me the shipping and part of the items cost so basically they took $25 from me and are not making it right. Their customer service is horrible and I would definitely stay away from ordering from them

I wish I could give zero stars! I ordered a charger in November. It's supposedly been in transit since December 17. I contacted them and they said they sent another one. The tracking number they gave me for the second one was the same as the first. I keep asking for a refund and all they say is to contact them after I receive it! Absolutely horrible scam artists!

Horrible experience. Poor quality and poor fitting men's shirt product sent. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sent 4 messages to their customer service and none were acted on and no replies. After a very long wait, I finally received a shirt and it looks different from what was shown in the picture, was a terrible fit for the size marked, and had a nauseating chemical oder. No way I would recommend this company.

Terrible company! Do not order from them. I placed an order almost two months ago and received nothing. I have contacted them numerous times and they continue to give me the same answer to be patient. I have asked for a refund and so far without luck. If I could give them zero stars I would.

If I can give zero stars I would! Ordered the advent calendar on November 8! As today December 17th I’m still waiting! I sent an email and they said that my package is in transit, with a complete different tracking number and tracking route than the one that I received when the item was shipped! Definitely a Scam! Pls don’t trust this company!!!

We have had a horrible experience with the company. Not only was my advent calendar ordered in the first week of October I just received it today on December 13. There were no shipping updates like there should have been. I ordered an advent calendar with fishing Lewers. I asked for a refund because the item arrived so late and the advent calendar won’t be the same. Customer service just kept telling me to check with my post office. Very unhelpful. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company.

This is the worse company Ever do not order from them. It has been a month and a half I haven't received anything and they can't even tell me where in transit it is!!!! Also no refund on my 70 plus dollars!!!

I ordered an advent calendar on 11/8/24..it’s now 12/4/24 and all I have received is some updates that it came from Italy, and has been in the US since 11/23. I was already suspicious when right after I ordered I emailed them stating I would like to change my order from one type of calendar to a different one..to which they responded saying the change was made..but as I get the updates it still says it is the original one I ordered. I reached out to support over a week ago and have not heard back. Pretty pissed

I ordered 2 advent fishing lure calender’s on November 5th and never received them also never received a confirmation email or tracking number. Contacted glow flip a number of times and get generic email replies, living on a fixed income and this company screws up my holiday very disappointing

I ordered four fishing advent calendars on November 4. It is now Dec 04 and I have not received anything. The tracking info seems made up. I reached out to support but have not heard an update. I’m very upset considering I paid $145 for advent calendars vs $5 !!

Got scammed for the fishing advent calendar and they took more money than it cost..

I ordered the bras on July 19, 2024 and just received them yesterday, 8/19/2024. They are too small and do not fit to size. They also charged me more than what my invoice said, but they did give me a credit for it. Every time I got an email stating the tracking has been updated, it stated it cleared customs in PORTUGAL. Then it had to clear customs in other places and then in the US. I will never order anything from them again. I asked for a refund and this is what they told me:

Dear Customer, We're sorry that you're not satisfied with the package you received. According to our company's return policy, we can refund you, but there are two conditions. 1. You need to return the original package, please send the tracking number and the picture of your returned package (show the return address) 2. Once we received the package and checked if the product is in good condition, we will refund you as soon as possible. You can return to the address: 205, Building A1, Bada Industrial Zone, Yongfu Road, Fuhai Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. Thank you!

I ordered bras from them on June 30th and never recieved them. I have emailed them 3 times and they answered twice blaming logistics and say they are going to speed delivery. What a joke. I don't believe the bras are coming AT ALL. What a scam. Don't buy from them!

I ordered bras. Their bras run small. When I reached out to customer service for either an even exchange or refund they told me they can't do either. So I'm stuck with bras that don't fit. Will never order from them again.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I ordered two strapless bras from Glowflip, and the tracking website was an absolute nightmare. It took forever to update, and it did not show where your package was in a linear movement as other websites do, so essentially I never knew where my package was. My package was delivered quite abruptly, but since it had traveled all the way from Europe I was just grateful that I received it. Upon opening the package, I could visibly see that the bras were very small, and when I tried one on it was laughable how small the cups were. To say that these bras run small is the understatement of the century!! Needless to say, I instantly emailed Glowflip to start a return. I informed them that the products were unused with its original packaging. I also informed them that I was willing to pay the return fee. They unbelievably told me that they could only refund me $4.00 USD dollars and that I should give the products to someone else!! Really?!!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I read that statement!! They outright refused my refund request, and then they have the nerve to tell me to simply give it away?!! I have never experienced anything like this from another company, and I will tell everyone that I know not to order from this company. Their shipping is unreliable and spotty, and their refund policy is non-existent. Don't order anything from this company, they are crooks!!

I ordered two months and 2 weeks ago. I have never received my product. I texted them twice and they won't give me a refund. Don't ever order from them. The tracking information hasn't changed in a month and a half. They are scammers.
