Great products that are very useful and convenient to use. Love their wall mount products. I have their wall mounted vacuum and pressure washer and never have to coil up hoses after washing cars. Saves time and makes detailing cars more enjoyable.

The pressure washer just went out on me after almost 2 years of use and the warranty process was quick and seamless. Just provided my address, receipt and video of the issue and got a replacement shipping notice. Quick replies and great communication.

Had a great experience with my items!! Top notch definitely recommend buying this brand.

I can’t say enough good things about giraffe tools. From the awesome products to the amazing customer service. I had a leaky hose reel and after explaining my issue they were very prompt on fixing the problem. I thank you very much and so does the carpet in my garage!

Last year I purchased the Giraffe retractable hose. I was impressed with the installation, appearance and functionality. I didn't realize how long 115 ft was until I extended this hose. But the best part was how it retracted. Gone are the days of sweating while trying to rewind a manual reel. This by far is the best home accessory I can think of. The hose did developed a leak but the company quickly resolved my problem with no hassle. Incredible customer service. This is a must have product. Thank you!

After I purchased a product, high pressure hose/reel, I had an issue with the hose. I got in contact with the seller which was through amazon, which they directed me to here. The customer service was extremely fast in response time via email, very helpful with product knowledge, and after supplying everything they needed, they ended up replacing the entire unit for me. I couldn’t be happier with the after sale service! Fantastic!!! Thank you for everything

My Giraffe pressure washer stopped working and I reached out to the company to inquire about obtaining parts. Grace became my customer service representative. I was informed that I couldn't get any of the parts that I was looking for. Grace was awesome, she worked with me to try and find my warranty information even though the serial number sticker had disappeared and the original paperwork couldn't be found. In the end she authorized a replacement unit be sent. I was amazed by the high level of customer service provided. I look forward to using this company for future shop tool needs.

Great customer service. Had a problem with a product. They shipped one to me without hesitation

Just amazing customer support, very quick, they helped me fix my problem in a matter of minutes. Thank you, Andy one more time.

I've been using giraffe tools for a year now apart of my mobile detailing business & I absolutely love everything about them. I've had to reach out to customer service and they have an excellent support team very prompt and thorough.

5 Stars!
This company has been fantastic to deal with. Their customer service representative, Lea, was informative and responsive. They manufacture a high-quality product, and I would recommend them without hesitation to friends and family. I had a small issue with my recent order, but it was handled quickly and professionally. Five stars to Lea and the entire team at Giraffe Tools!

I am a very happy customer of giraffe tools. I use my wall mounted pressure washer a lot. It has been a great unit, but I noticed a small leak and sent a video to the company to see if I could order that part. That’s when Doris & Fancy reached out to me and said they would replace my unit for free. Then I noticed when they sent me the new unit it was an upgraded model. I would recommend any giraffe product based on my experience with their customer service.

Great customer service, they went above and beyond! Definitely one of my favorite companies to work with, great products!

Quick and helpful response.

We purchased two different hose reels from Girafe last fall and have been very pleased with the product. One of the reels starting not reeling back in after about 10 months and customer service was very prompt in assisting. They sent out a replacement the very next day after we sent in a video of the product not working. I’d recommend their product and service!

I was disappointed that my hose reel had a failure, however the exchange for a replacement hose reel was very easy.

While the initial item I bought had a defect, giraffe immediately sent a replacement and cover it all cost. Hey, no company has a hundred % zerodefect. They were extremely responsive and I look forward to purchasing more product from them.

Excellent
Customer service. I had a problem with my pressure washer and they replaced it within 3 days!

I bought the 1/2 inch 130 foot hose reel. This reel looks amazing hung on a 4x4 although if I would do it again I would use a 4x6 instead. I since the post 3feet and filled it with high strength concrete. I hung the hose reel and I rolled it out 3 maybe 4 times before the spring inside gave in and released the majority of the tension off the hose. I contacted giraffe tools to tell them what happened. They checked a the serial number and confirmed the order number. The product has a 2 year warranty, so giraffe tools sent me a new reel. The best part of all of this is that it took less than a week to have a new reel hung on the same post. The did not even hassle in asking me to return the broken product. I give them 5 stars for the great customer service fast acting on shipping they recognize the issue and acted quickly.
