Ordered wall mounted pressure washer and wall mounted vac all parts from both missing called customer service 4 times no one available, emailed 4 times response will be 48 hrs or more customer service totally bucks for what I paid and can't get any help at all, will never buy there product ever again, fill like they are pushing me off so I'm stuck with all of this equipment and can't even hang on the wall to use it

OK, so this review is only getting a four star rating because the pressure washer hose on the reel ended up bursting on me after about 8 uses. I use it for a normal car washes, with my pressure washer that is in rating of the hose. I am very pleased with the quality of this product though. And what I mean by that is the build quality of the reel itself, is very sturdy and I mounted it to the wall in my garage and I have had no issues with that at all. It retracts very easy and is super simple to set up. I do think the included hardware for this is meant to go into concrete so if you are mounting it into a stud, you may have to figure out another way to mount it and get different hardware like I did. So getting to the part where I had the burst hose. I reached out to the customer service team at giraffe tools, and after about one business day, someone got back to me about getting a potential replacement hose. They wanted some basic information and also a picture of the hose. I had already thrown out the hose because it had burst and I did not know they would want a picture, but the customer service team worked with me and was able to get me a replacement hose within about three business days. I will say I am going to stick as a giraffe tools. Customer due to the excellent customer service they provided to me. They also made the process very easy to go about and it was not a hassle at all. Just the fact that they replaced the hose and did not make me jump through a bunch of hoops to do so is a reason why I would choose giraffe tools for my next products and recommend giraffe tools to friends and family. If you are looking at getting a pressure washer hose reel I highly recommend looking at this one because for the value I think it is an excellent buy. And if you have any issues with your product, just reach out to the customer service team, and they will gladly assist you as they did with me. The only recommendation I would have to the giraffe tools team is to maybe upgrade the hose in this pressure washer hose reel from something other than rubber and go to a steel braided. But overall, I am super happy with my purchase and I will be a returning giraffe tools customer.

Great product but worse customer service, their product is great but when you have any issue, the customer service never answer your e-mails.

They never give up. While there was initially an issue with a product, there was a communication mix-up, the agent never gave up, and she went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved. I'm very pleased with the service and, ultimately, the product. I will continue to be a customer.

Ordered a wall mounted pressure washer. One of the attachements was causing issue with attaching to the water supply. Product itself is good and mostly as advertised, however when contacted customer service for assistance they were asking for all sorts of irrelevant information ie serial numbers etc... generally not a negative experience as response times etc were ok, I just wish logic over procedure existed. Again, good product, rubbish customer care.

I purchased a pressure washer pro in Aug 2025 and I use it maybe 6 times so far. Last week I try to use it and the motor will not start. I email the company in Canada every day since March 1st for someone to get back to me or calling me. No respond at all. When I purchase it it say it has 2 years warranty. It's really bad service. and I donlt think this company is ledged

I have all their products. The best part is that they come with a warranty.

Very fast to respond with an issue I had with my pressure washer. My situation was unique and they wasted no time getting it escalated with their tech support. They ended up sending me a new unit without delay. Very impressed and optimistic my replacement will be ok.

DANGEROUS! After just six months of very light domestic use, my Giraffe Wall Mounted Pressure Washer Plus CAUGHT FIRE completely unexpectedly. The unit was not even in operation at the time, it was switched off and not being used when it ignited. There were no prior warning signs, no unusual noises, no overheating issues, and no visible damage that would have suggested any kind of fault developing.

This is extremely concerning for what is marketed as a fixed, wall-mounted appliance intended for regular household use. Electrical equipment should not pose a fire risk simply by being installed and connected. The fact that this happened without the machine even running raises serious safety concerns about the internal electrics and overall build quality.

I immediately contacted Giraffe Tools support but received no meaningful assistance or accountability. Amazon have also declined to help, stating they are only the marketplace and not responsible for the product itself. As a result, I’ve been left dealing with the consequences of what could have been a far more serious incident.

Anyone considering this pressure washer should seriously question whether they are comfortable installing a product that may present a fire hazard without warning. In my experience, both the product reliability and aftersales support have been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise caution.

I bought a Grandfalls Pressure Washer Pro from Giraffe Tools a little less than a year ago. An internal failure has rendered it unusable. Giraffe Tools does not respond to emails or phone calls. I have sent numerous messages over the last two weeks. A company that doesn't honor its warranty and promises is not a company to be trusted. I recommend staying away from this company

Absolutely crap products!!! I’ve had two wall mounted pressure washers - both broke under normal domestic use… I also have bought the hosepipe reel, which again has broken…. Save your money & buy a better quality product!

Item broke upon first use, support is not answering emails or phone calls.

Got a Giraffe pressure washer as a gift for Christmas mounted it, and worked great. Had an issue with the drum winding mechanism. Emailed customer support sent them a couple videos and photos of what was happening could not believe their support they gave me a couple troubleshooting ideas that did not work.
I thought this was going to end up being a long drawn out. Try this try that but no they saw the problem right after that and sent me a brand new unit.

Tina in Customer service was fabulous to work with! Super prompt responses to my questions. This is the type of service from days past! Maybe she will rub off on some of the new era service (non-service) reps! I hope so as us consumers deserve what we pay dearly for these days.

My first purchase of a 65ft retractable hose 3 years ago let me to purchase another one for my back yard. When the new one started to not lock, I reported it to Giraffe Tools. The very quickly determined that there was indeed a problem and shipped me a replacement. Great warranty service and a great product.
