Ginge Tours organised a fabulous family holiday for us in Corfu! The whole booking experience was very straightforward & everything made so simple on their app, which has all the holiday documents, vouchers, fast track etc. Geoff & Jo are very professional & friendly & listened to all our requests. We required 2 bungalows next to each other as we have 2 grandkids & they organised that. Thank you, we will be coming back to you & would highly recommend them.

We recently celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with an unforgettable adventure across Canada and Alaska, expertly arranged by Ginge Tours—and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Having not used a travel agent in years, we approached the process with a bit of apprehension. But from the moment we connected with Geoff and Jo, every worry melted away.

It gave us the chance to openly discuss options, weigh pros and cons, and shape our dream itinerary together. We’ve just returned from the most incredible cruise holiday – a breathtaking voyage around Iceland, the Land of Ice and Fire – and we can’t stop smiling!
Our journey began in Bristol, where we boarded Ambassador Cruise Line’s ship “Ambition”, setting sail in comfort and style. First stop was the charming coastal town of Falmouth, a lovely way to ease into cruise life with Cornish charm and sea breezes. From there, we headed north to the stunning Faroe Isles, where dramatic cliffs and serene villages greeted us – wet, wild and windswept in the most wonderful way.
But nothing quite prepared us for the awe-inspiring beauty of Iceland. From steaming geothermal springs and black sand beaches to glacier-carved fjords and vibrant Reykjavik, every moment felt like stepping into another world. It truly lives up to its nickname – the Land of Ice and Fire.
A massive thank you to Geoff & Jo at Ginge Tours and Travel, who made this whole trip not just possible, but incredibly easy. Their expert planning, warm approach, and attention to every detail ensured everything went smoothly. From booking to car parking & boarding, they took the stress out of travel and left us free to simply enjoy.

Just returned from another holiday arranged by Ginge Tours and, as always, it was superbly organised by Geoff and Jo.
Geoff managed to save us a considerable amount using his Emergency Services pledge ... so much so that we were able to book transfers and the airport lounge and still not pay what TUI were asking ...
We have used Ginge Tours on numerous occasions now and can't thank or praise them enough. All details regularly updated on the Trip Plans App and they even checked in with us half way through the holiday to make sure all was ok ....

This was our third holiday booked through Ginge Tours, the service provided by Geoff and Jo was superb, knowledgeable and personal.

I cannot praise Ginge Tours enough. This is the second time we have used Geoff and Jo and their service is exceptional. We went to Barbados in Sept and everything was fantastic. This time we apprehensively went on our first cruise. Geoffs advice as to which company would be right for us and our needs was great and spot on. He also recommended a hotel in Rome 2 days before we sailed which was fantastic, great location and a tranquil place to stay amid the tourist places in Rome. Ginge tours organised everything, flight, private transfers from airport to hotel to Port. The app they use is brilliant, easy to use and so straight forward. Their attention to detail and comprehensive knowledge is fantastic and they are always on the end of the phone or email. This is our second booking to Spain with Ginge Tours as a group.
As before everything from the start of the booking to returning home went smoothly.
The price Geoff quoted for a Jet2 package holiday was very competitive as cheaper than Jet2 themselves.
Geoff and Jo respond quickly , and using the Trip Plans app was very easy and informative .

Absolutely fantastic service. Knowledge of the areas is second to none.
Arranged a city break to Rome - perfect hotel location day one 25k steps to many of the sites.
The taxi that was part of the package, again perfect you get sent a link to let driver know you have arrived, driver texts you as well.
The Koble hotel is the perfect location and when you check the web site the phots do not do it justice, it’s even better.
Staff fantastic and helpful as well.

We are having a fantastic time and will definitely book again and be recommending Ginge to many many more people.
