After a chat about what we wanted, Geoff &Jo planned our first trip to Thailand, even down to the transfers and phone data leaving us to enjoy each destination without having to worry about anything! Our stand out from the trip was definitely Kho Samui, the hotel and location were perfect!! Thank you so much!

I asked Geoff to arrange me a tour of Australia and SE Asia, gave him a budget and a list of the countries I wanted to visit. In a very short time I had a draft itinerary for my sixteen week trip that had a day by day breakdown for the entire trip.
I started my trip in mid July and shortly after hostilities arose on the Thailand Cambodia border! Geoff contacted me straight away and within 48 hours my itinerary was updated with new flights booked.
The trip went without any further hitches all the way through to my return in early November.
I will most definitely be going back to Ginge Tours for my future holidays. First Class service

Ginge Tours arranged my first cruise. Geoff and Jo recommended Holland America the Nieuw Statendam. What a wonderful ship and a wonderful first cruise. Everything was taken care of by Ginge Tours including flights and transfers to the ship. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I would definitely recommend them and won’t hesitate to go back and book with them again.

We used Ginge Tours to arrange our family holiday to Africa (two adults and a 16 and 15 year old). We wanted to visit Cape Town, Victoria Falls and do a safari, but also needed to have gluten free catering, something our early research showed was going to be an extra complication. Geoff met with us over a video call to understand our requirements and sent through some options. We decided to go with a self-catering appartment in the Waterfront area in Cape Town, the Victoria Falls Safari Suites and then Nehimba Lodge in Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe.

It was a dream holiday.

The booking process was easy and Geoff was very patient with our constant need for gluten free reassurance. The Trip Plans app was excellent and made things really clear (and helped build excited expectations in advance).

All our accommodation was superb. The transfers were on time and seamless - also the first time we’ve been met at airports with people holding name cards! The hotels were clearly prepared for our GF needs and the service was first class.

I really can’t describe what an amazing holiday it was. We went up table mountain, visited Robben Island, saw penguins at Boulders Beach and visited the cape. We saw one of the seven wonders of the natural world, did a dinner cruise on the Zambezi whilst watching elephants swimming and enjoyed the Boma drum show. We had an amazing 4 night safari, with picnics in the national park, animals galore and each meal we dined just feet from wild elephants drinking at their waterhole. Best of all, we made unforgettable memories.

We asked them to arrange a trip to New York - they did the flights and hotel and even threw in tickets to Summit @ One Vanderbilt - so let's write a review, because that's what people read and it's what you need to know...
Flights with Virgin / Delta - Arrive at the airport (LHR) book your own bags in (assistance available if you're a bit of a biff like me) and then ditch the bags and go through security to Departures - We thought this was a breeze - See JFK. We had pre-booked seats - Do this as soon as you can.
We had breakfast at Spuntino - excellent for Gluten Free options and staff were really friendly - food excellent.
The Flight to JFK was on time, and the in flight food was even half decent.... Drinks are free, but not pushed on you or limited either - If you want something it's there.
Immigration at JFK was a little slow with all the details they like to have, but it was the same speed for everyone and not oppressive - just make sure you don't need the toilet before you join the queue!!
Taxi to Hotel .... Be prepared for a long journey time wise (1 .5 Hours). It's 18 miles , but the volume of traffic on the roads is mind boggling, and no one is going anywhere fast - so admire the views, and accept the fact that indicators are ONLY to be used after the vehicle has barged its way in front of the other vehicles.....
We were at the RIU Plaza, Times Square. Fabulous hotel - Be warned that you have to pay the tourist tax on arrival, but again, the same for all tourists. Rooms were big and spacious, cleaned daily - ask for towels and clean bedding every day if you want to. Times Square is about 300yds away - Go and explore. The only criticism we could come up with at the hotel, was that they did not have a kettle in the room ! And that was it. Breakfast is excellent, staff friendly and attentive. Our Daughter is Gluten Free, and nothing was too much trouble.
Out and About - You can walk for miles, and miles and miles - But save your feet, get on the Subway, which we found to be clean, easy to use and trouble free. There seems to be a fixed fare for any journey of $2.90 (about £2.10) and you can tap your card / phone.
Staten Island Ferry is free - takes you out past the Statue of Liberty. About 20 minutes each way, and you can get off and straight back on - We got the 0700 ferry to see the sunrise over the City and were back to the ferry port before 0800 - Beware of people at the ferry port who want to sell you their tour whilst pretending to offer assistance.
Shop til you drop, look at the sights, visit Central Park. We had tickets to Summit One - If you want an interactive view of the City - go here, and skip everything else. IT IS AMAZING!!!! and we got free tickets through Ginge Tours !!!!
Best advice - have a vague list of what you want to see and what day, but be flexible.... Buy tickets online before you arrive at the attractions.
Suitably exhausted after 4 days, we found that the hotel will hold your bags securely from when you have to check out until when you need to leave - FREE OF CHARGE.
Journey to JFK was long again - Just traffic !!!
JFK check in was a breeze - checked in online in the morning, went to the airport, printed bag labels, dropped bags, went through security and into departures - it was so quick we were worried we had missed something !!!
Flight back was good, with more food and entertainment options on the seat screen are numerous and varied.

Would I go back to New York ?? Maybe, one day, but it's an experience you want to say you have done.
Would we use Ginge Tours again ??

Everything was organised perfectly, and we were getting regular updates on flight times and whether there was any delay; what gate we were departing from even before we got to the airport !!

Just returned from a 5 day trip to New York. The whole trip was excellent. Great advice from Ginge tours meant we were in the heart of the city and able to gain the best from our time in NYC.

Great trip to Crete booked through Ginge tours. They managed to find us a cheaper price than the brochure so more money for duty free and drinks when in Crete.

We have recently retuned from 11 night cruise, stopping at 12 different port and 7 different countries and cannot thank Ginge Tours enough. We are a family of 10, covering three generations. They arranged for all our cabins with balconies to be on the same deck next to each other. All the ports we requested were accommodated and we got to go to some wonderful places and view places that we have only seen on TV. I have just returned from Cyprus with my daughters and granddaughters from a holiday booked through Ginge Tours. They couldn't have made the process any easier, communication was exemplary. The wealth of information supplied on the holiday itinerary was invaluable. This was the first time I had booked through them, the price was spot on, I will be using them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Having considered joining the British & Irish Lions rugby tour to Australia 2025 we researched a number of options. However, upon speaking to Geoff and Jo we were sure we had found the right company to cater for all our needs.

We had specific requirements in multi locations for Geoff and Jo to consider. These contained travel for our family to join us in Australia from Japan. This caused no issue for Ginge Tours Ltd even when our Daughter in law announced that our second grandchild was due just before the tour. Geoff took this all in his stride with a fantastic holiday being the result.

We had stops in Perth WA, Melbourne Vic, and Sydney NSW. Each of the hotels were excellent in respect of location and ease of travel to and from and access to the tourist areas. When our family, which included a 4 year old and an 8 week old arrived in Melbourne the Atlantis Hotel was ideal for the young family, with a great room and as requested a cot. These small touches often get overlooked. We also requested Car Rental at both Perth and Melbourne and again the 'process' at the collection office was easy, the correct details were already in place and the appropriate vehicles ready for us.

The best was saved for last with the Park Royal Hotel in Darling Harbour. A spectacular hotel with matching facilities.

It is easy to say 'great holiday' but this needs a little explanation which I will now give. From the start of the booking process to our return home, Geoff and Jo have been available and willing to meet our demands/needs without fuss. I would suggest that it would be difficult to self book a trip such as ours by yourself with changes being required via the internet or a High Street agent.

Ginge Tours Ltd also provides an app which is available offline where all your flight, hotel, car rental and other vouchers are securely held. This was really easy to use and was updated regularly with flight details such as gate numbers, check in times and other useful information.

A great experience for our family and I would definitely use Ginge Tours Ltd again, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I contacted Geoff and Jo late last year to help us organise our family holiday for this summer. My wife and I were quite specific on our budget and what we wanted out of the holiday as my son is autistic and it was going to be his first flight.

After a back and forth with Geoff I explained our issues re my son and he went away for a few days and came back to me and had hit every specification I asked for on the nose. Absolutely unbelievable. Also, saved us a huge amount of money compared to booking direct with easyjet.

We also spoke about the potential issues re my son and trying to make the experience as stress free as possible and they liaised with easyjet and got us all the help we needed.

I couldn't recommend Geoff and Jo any higher. They are fantastic and we're a huge help to me and my family.
