This is the second time that I have used Ginge Tours and this time it was for a big holiday. We booked this holiday to celebrate my Step Daughter completing her GCSE's and also part honeymoon for my wife and I.

From the initial booking Geoff established exactly what we wanted and what would and wouldn't work thereby maximising our travel time.

Each location chosen was amazing and the standard of accommodation in keeping with our request - There was a slight hick up, not of Geoff's doing, and a quick message to him had it all sorted very quickly, he even followed up to make sure everything was addressed.

We had an amazing time and the Jungle aspect of the holiday was absolutely amazing and my step daughter has memories that can never be taken away from her and we do likewise.

All in all Geoff and Jo arranged a holiday of a lifetime for us and the fact transport was waiting for us at each leg of our trip took the stress away - Something we hadn't considered but Geoff and Jo did.

A great personalised approach to what we wanted as a family to make our holiday just perfect! Geoff and Jo were super helpful from start to finish- we would recommend their services and have already done so with family and friends!

This is our 3rd cruise that Geoff and Jo have booked for us. The service they offer is second to none. From 1st point of contact through to returning home. We have been fully informed every step of the way either via Emails or their Trip Plan app, notifying us both times that our return flight had been delayed by a short time down to a welcome home email after our return.
The cruise was excellent as usual. Thank you to Geoff and Jo we will definitely be using you again.

My daughter and I wanted a really memorable holiday to celebrate our milestone birthdays, unfortunately we couldn’t agree on where to go and spent weeks discussing (disagreeing!). One zoom call with Geoff, who listened to each of our ‘wants and desires’ and we had chosen our destination, admittedly he did steer us in the direction. I’m so glad we took his advice and recommendation as it turned out we had the best holiday ever. An organised tour (we didn’t want to drive) of the Rocky Mountains, featuring Calgary at the start, Banff National Park, Jasper National Park, Sun Peaks ending at Victoria and Vancouver. Without his guidance we wouldn’t have seen all the beautiful lakes, mountains, (stand on a glacier!) and breathtaking scenery We wouldn’t have experienced seeing Bears, Elks and Deers in their natural habitat, Whale watching and other fantastic activities. We finished our holiday by flying to Toronto for a few days and then onto Niagara Falls, where they secured us a room with a fantastic view over the falls. I can honestly say we had the best time ever, Ginge tours organised everything, tours, trips, flights and transfers, we literally just turned up. Jo even checked in with us on holiday to make sure everything was okay (you don’t get that from other companies). I fully recommend ginge tours to anyone looking to book a holiday, especially if you want it tailor-made for you. We cannot thank them enough, we had a fabulous birthday celebration, one which we will never forget.x

Geoff and Jo arranged our recent cruise. Everything went very smoothly and they are always available to answer and help with any queries. The free parking at Southampton was a bonus. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I met Geoff in person and had a brief chat about a trip I had intended to take, after leaving the booking of that trip til last minute, all plans were changed owing to some bloke attacking Iran. I reached out to Geoff to ask if he could look into an alternative, this being a RV tour of the Rockies for 4 ladies.
He gave me great advice, obtained quotes and suggested some ideas to keep costs down.
I gave him only weeks to sort it all and he didn’t disappoint.
I received regular updates, had questions answered, had notifications regarding flight time changes and general “hope it’s going well” messages.
The holiday was amazing, a dream come true, trip of a life time for 4 friends.

The whole process was great.

Geoff and Jo provided that personal touch that we needed for our trip to South America. We were able to discuss the draft itinerary with them and nothing was to much trouble in varying our requirements and seeking advice.

The accompanying briefing dossier was an excellent addition for general awareness, essential needs and requirements for each country we intended to visit and the accompanying ‘app’ was an excellent addition with timely updates on travel arrangements.

Geoff and Jo make a great team and will certainly use them in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them.

This was our second trip booked through Ginge Tours and our holiday to Corfu, was everything we hoped for and more. The Villa they recommended was outstanding and the location beautiful. Booking through Ginge Tours made the whole process so easy and having Geoff and Joanne on hand to answer any questions throughout was so helpful. They also managed to get flights at a better price than we could.
We were a three generation family with two small children and the equipment and little touches provided by the local team made such a difference to our experience.

We had decided between us (two couples) that we wanted to go on a river cruise and where we wanted to go. I contacted Geoff and Jo and from the first contact they have been excellent. They were able to let us have the information about the cruise, gave us time to make decisions and then booked it for us, cheaper than we could have got it elsewhere. I have to have pre booked plane seats (flight nerves!) and this was done for all of us. They kept us fully up to date before we travelled and while we were travelling and when we got back. We had a brilliant holiday and I felt the stress of booking was lifted. We will most definitely be coming back to them. We were so impressed that we have recommended them to a couple we met on holiday (retired nurse and police officer). Thank you! X

This was our first cruise and we discussed with Geoff our requirements which led to his recommendation for Celebrity. He fully explained the pros and cons of the major cruise lines and we could not have chosen better, thanks to Geoff. We travelled from Spain initially to the UK to fly to Miami and everything was organised to perfection, the transfers, the Miami hotel and the cruise, again thanks to Geoff. We'll be looking to book our next adventure with Ginge Tours shortly and cannot recommend this company highly enough.

My beloved and I needed a holiday due to numerous reasons but I was struggling to find time to review locations/hotels, flights etc. I went to Ginge Tours and have to say they were amazing. Geoff and Jo listened to my requirements and found us the perfect holiday. Their attention to detail was second to none and we are impressed by the level of customer care.

We booked a simple package holiday to Fuerteventura and decided to bypass Jet2 to see what Geoff nd Jo could offer. First class service from beginning to end. From my first email enquiry to Jo and Geoff when searching for a holiday to the final one welcoming us home, our experience has been unsurpassed by anything that went before. Excellent service which only saved us a few quid over the holiday company’s price but was so personal in communications and assistance that we felt more special than ‘just another couple booking a package holiday’. I can’t recommend Ginge’s Tours enough, truly fabulous.

I’d always wanted to visit Japan and Geoff and Jo listened to what I would like to see and made suggestions which turned into the most amazing holiday. The sights were fantastic with a lovely group of people and we were mostly lucky with the weather and for me knowing that if anything did go wrong, (which it didn’t) Geoff and Jo were only a phone call away.

Just finished our cruise to Hawaii which was booked through Ginge Tours and I cannot praise this company enough. They constantly beat any other qoutes I have had, are so professional and helpful and always available to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend.

Ginge Tours is our travel agent of choice. We have now booked well over 10 trips through them. The personal service you recieve is breathtakingly good. No one will be disappointed. In February/March we visited Thailand. I had an idea what we wanted to do and where to visit. Geoff did the rest adding in additional places that were incredible to visit for example Bridge over the River Kwai. The personal service even extended to advice and booking tours for us in places such as Bangkok and Chaing Mai. The holiday was amazing and made so by the outstanding service of Ginge Tours from the inkling of an idea to the holiday and on the holiday itself. Do book with them. You will not regret it.

As a family we have used Ginge Tours three times within the last few months. Once for a girls trip to Tenerife, once for a business trip to New York and once for a luxury island hopping holiday in Greece. Ginge Tours have been brilliant to work with. They are experienced and friendly and have a natural ability to plan a complicated trip and make it look easy and at the same time save lots of money. They got all our trips cheaper than we could do it ourselves! I am very happy to recommend them x
