I PAID $ 40 DOLLARS for Balloons only , very disappointing because it was delivered placed iin an ordinary plastic bag that you could buy in public wet market , the balloons Are deflated some bursted , I ordered it while I was abroad but I went home and seen it when it arrived , I was shocked not happy it was supposed to be a surprise for my son's birthday,

Do not use! Absolute scam. Placed order early morning and paid over $60 for same day delivery.
Unable to contact via live chat or email- no response.

It was super easy to order. The balloons were delivered on time and the recipient loved them. The actual order was better than the picture. I would say they exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend this company. The balloons were top quality and the prices are way better than other places that offer the same thing. I got the referral from AI.

The bouquet ordered did not resemble the bouquet delivered. Disappointed and it was for my sisters 80th birthday.

I wish I could give lesser rating. I had ordered a bottle of whisky for my friend in Philippines, paid extra for delivery and they promised next day delivery. Eventually the delivery guy called her after 2 weeks saying the location is out of their route and asked her to come and collect at warehouse which my friend declined as they had accepted the delivery for her location. Next day they call and say the bottle is broken and leaking. My friend insisted they bring the parcel so that she can take pics for refund and after lot of arguments they got her the broken bottle and 2 days since I am waiting for my refund. No one responds

“My birthday flowers were beautiful,” my daughter said. The delivery was as promised. I had ordered two small teddies for her daughters, and only one was delivered, unfortunately, which was disappointing because the service is expensive ($183 total for a bouquet of roses & 2 mini teddies). However, customer service was excellent in following up, and the second teddy bear was delivered a day later delighting my two grand daughters! Thank you, Giftblooms!

I was actually a bit worried because of some negative reviews I had read, but overall, my experience with you wasn’t bad at all. However, I have some comments below:

1- The balloons I ordered are not the same ones that have arrived. "The colors are different, and the theme is not appropriate, instead of being for a graduate, it seems to be for a successful child."

2- The delivery agent didn’t contact the phone number listed in the order.

They received the Pink Painted Lady and were thrilled with it. Thank you for getting this done. I gave you 5 stars, not only for the flowers, but the entire transaction and continuous follow up. Very professional.

Easy ordering, delivery right on time, balloons were perfect.

Despite my complaint - as the gift I ordered was not available - I have to admit that the other one offered to me instead, was really very beautiful. The bouquet of pink roses was nicely composed of different shades of pink. Fresh and amazing roses!

Easy process. Timely delivery

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and my friend was delighted.
However, I ordered a delivery for Monday. That didn't happen. It was an important delivery date for my friend.
All I received was an auto generated email stating that the delivery didn't happen and was I interested in having the flowers delivered on Tuesday. I agreed to that but asked for a partial refund since I signed up for a service that wasn't honored: delivery on Monday.
I would not use this service again.

The cake was very good, the service was fantastic, in last moment ee had to change delivery date for 2 days earlier and they arrange it for us

Called them when the 1st company I tried couldn't fulfill my order! Balloons were going to a place not so easy to get to and this company pulled it off! The birthday girl was so happy and the balloons were perfect!
