Google fiber sucks. Nothing like having a hole punched in your driveway for a service that will never be hooked up to the address it's at. suck it Google. i hope your fiber fails so miserably and people cancel it immediately.

A straight line wind storm came through and pulled down the fiber cable. It is super low, my vehicle's antenna hits it every time I leave and return to my home. I called and asked for the cable to be pulled back up and they are refusing to do this. I need to have workers come to my house to repair storm damage and I can't, because this cable is so low that the work trucks will rip it down. I'm pissed. Apparently, they expect an old military veteran, disabled, to purchase a ladder and fix it herself. Disgusting!

Hey Google, thanks for cutting my line. I know competition is steep but coming into my neighborhood and chopping my existing fiber line is a low blow, nice move. Speaking with the supervisor, I was told to contact my internet provider and deal with it myself. Great, not like I didn't have to WORK that day and without internet made that particularly difficult. Not sure I will consider switching to a company that handles business like that. And yes, I know this review is not about their fiber performance, but it is about how they conduct business.

Service was great at first, but after ditching AT&T for Google fiber I am very very disappointed, too many outages and my up/down speeds are nowhere near what they advertise. And I am an IT Manager so yes I would know. Lately way too much buffering in all my machines and TV’s. I am so disappointed with Google I will Cancell all my Google premium services while I am at it.
