Absolutely amazing! Always a pharmacist on hand to help or answer questions if needed! A lovely team!

Was really sceptical after having had bad experiences with other providers. Couldn't have been more wrong. It took 32 hours from when I ordered for it to arrive! Approval took less than 24 hours (although I did pay extra for priority delivery). The box was cold, packaged really well (including wipes unlike some). Will definitely be using Weightless moving forward, and recommend them to anybody else looking to start or change providers!

I have been with weightless pharmacy now for around 4 months, they have been the best pharmacy I have used in the 15 months I’ve been on a weightloss journey.
The delivery time is unmatched, the communication has been incredible & although there was a little blip over the bank holiday with some orders it’s very apparent they have come back bigger & better with my most recent order arriving next day.
I wouldn’t use another pharmacy again now.

Wow - what fantastic customer service! I thought my second order had turned into a disaster and that my hard earned money had been taken by scammers. My first order had arrived when promised, nice and cold and in a very aesthetically pleasing presentation box, plus I had a discount code. Winner.

Please, if you have any questions or errors happen when ordering, do contact this team. I sent a a WhatsApp message just before 5pm thinking I had a night of worry before the morning, but no, James from Customer Services was messaging me to get more details and sort what had gone wrong with my order.

I had not filled the order form in fully somehow, but my payment was successfully taken from my bank, my heart sank when I couldn't resend the form. I checked my e-mails to see if the order had gone through then scrambed to my banking app to try to cancel the payment with no luck.

This team send an automatic e-mail to say they have received your message and unlike other companies they will message you back out of hours on WhatsApp. As I say, James sorted it all so professionally and was totally focused on excellent customer service, putting me at ease via his communication skills and knowledge. I can't praise the service enough and can certainly say not all hero's wear capes, but James did today. Thank you!

Avoid at all costs (massive delay)

It took 2 and a half weeks to deliver my medication. "The cofounder" emailed me after a week to apologise and promised that the medication would be delivered in 2 days then nothing and didn't even reply to my emails. then the customer support gives you wrong information about delivery and then after 12 hours send again saying he checked with "higher managers" and it is not correct.
2 weeks of stress and pain don't worth the discount that was applied initially. The other suppliers I used before just deliver my meds in 2 days

Ordered on May 3rd, was contacted via email that weekend to say their payments system has crashed and requesting the money again. Did this and then heard nothing, got an email on May 7th apologising for the delay but due to bank holiday/supplier issues my order would be delayed.

Finally got confirmation that my order was coming on Saturday 10th May only to get a message from the courier (DX delivery) to say they were sorry they’d missed me and that I’d need to rebook. My CCTV confirmed no one had been at my door.

I emailed and tried to get hold of getweightless (no one there) and DX delivery (bots and automated lines) on the phone and via social media to explain the situation and on Sunday 11th May I received an email asking whether I’d like a refund or another fresh delivery.

Knowing I can only be available in certain days I explained this and gave two dates - 12th and 17th May. I knew it would probably be too late for 12th but was happy to go with 17th. I still haven’t had a reply regarding a delivery on 17th but I now presume this won’t happen.

I was assured that the courier had been told not to attempt re delivery (I wasn’t happy to accept delivery of medication outwith the 48 hour cold temperature guidelines) and lo and behold a woman turned up at my door on Monday 12th May asking me to accept a delivery, which I refused. This has now been tracked back to getweightless and I have received notification of this return. Therefore getweightless have the medication back and also my money.

I have been in touch via TikTok with a staff member who simply passes messages on to the director and seems unable to help. After that there’s been nothing.

My husband was assured today that refunds were being processed for both of us today and if this has not happened I’ll be forced to raise a chargeback on my credit card.

This company promise they’re a UK leader and they value their customers. I’m afraid I don’t trust them and I’d like my money back. To avoid running out of medication I’ve had to order through another company which has doubled my cost until I get my refund back.

Little to no communication whatsoever. Have not received my order after 2 weeks of waiting, and no idea when I’ll get it. Hard to tell if my order is even being fulfilled at this rate. I previously used other providers which were much more efficient at the same price point

Switching supplier process was easy and quick, however thereafter it hasn't run smoothly. I ordered on 1st May and my delivery was finally made today, 13th. I'd been told it was being delivered on the Saturday, but with no details and having stayed in all day, it wasn't delivered. I emailed, WhatsApp'd and rang, but heard nothing. The delivery when it did arrive today fell short of the beautiful packaging I've seen on TikTok. My item was in a cut in half wool bag with an ice bag which had completely thawed and was held together with brown tape, rattling around box too big with not enough padding. I have complained to the company and had an apology, and been advised they will take on board my feedback. I appreciate they've suddenly become very busy but very disappointing customer service.

Still haven’t received my order which I placed nearly two weeks ago on 30th April that I have obviously been charged for, tried ringing, sent two emails and what’s app messages and still have no real idea on when I will receive my order. Ordered with them because of the excellent reviews but at the minute I’m a little disappointed in the customer service I’m experiencing.

Was recommended Weightless by a friend Lyndsey and couldn't be happier. Fantastic service. My order was processed and sent very quickly. Will be ordering again this week.

FANTASTIC service. I received the medication within two days of order. This is the quickest service i have had with a pharmacy. The packaging was elite, the box it came in look high quality, inside the medfication was slotted in its own compartment and do were the needles. I wish i could post a picture. I am so impressed.
I would highly recommend this company. This company was recommened to me by Alanna she was so lovely and helpful. Thankyou
