I contacted getascan to get an xray which was a very reasonable price. I then was informed I needed an mri which again was extremely well priced atmnd I got the results the same day. Even when my appointment was cancelled at the first medical centre Nish very very quickly got me a new appointment at a different medical centre. I honestly can't thank everyone enough for how quick efficient and helpful they have been. 6 stars wtill wouldn't be enough for the service and help.

Removed my 1* review after a refund and explanation of cancellation due to the mri scanner company closing down (get scanned is a third party, not the scanner).

Great communication, efficient service and cannot emphasise how amazing Spencer was. Remarkable gentleman that knows how to do his job well! Nisha from Getscanned was wonderful and helpful too!

Great service, easy to book and subsequent follow up discussions and MRI scan process went very well. Staff were all friendly on the phone and during the scan process. I was made very comfortable with no concerns. Report came a fee days after and I was able to download the scan photos and results with some assistance from the staff.

From the moment I booked my MRI the process was so easy. I can't recommend Get scanned enough, from booking my scan to getting my results took about a week, everyone is so helpful and kind. My results were all clear and I can't tell you what a relief it was. No more worry so thank you to you all. A very happy patient.

A very good experience. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Quick appointment, very clean facilities.
Their communication could be better. The phone number initially answers in a foreign voice, but then turns to English, a little disconcerting. But then nobody answers. The online chat only results in leaving messages. Emails get answered after a time. When I had worries, it would have been nice to actually talk to someone. However, I would recommend Get Scanned, and would use them again.

Very quick to respond to any questions and when I was waiting for a hospital to contact me, they contacted the hospital to make sure they promptly got in touch. Great service.

Get Scanned was able to get me a same day booking for my chest X-ray. Their services are very efficient and flexible. Their customer service are also very friendly and prompt with their feedback. I will highly recommend them to anyone requiring an urgent scan.

Booked a CT scan 2 weeks ago with GetScanned & the response was very quick, although the original request of a CT scan had to be changed to an ultrasound because of an extra cost incurred that I couldn’t afford, they did supply me in quick time with an ultrasound scan & the service was very good with regular updates upon request. I’m just waiting for the balance refund to clear back in my bank account but these guys have have supplied a very good service 👍

Needed a MRI scan on my knee , didnt want to wait months on the NHS , found Getscanned on line very easy process , and was offered a scan within a few days.

I had a discomfort on my left foot, which was getting worse day by day. If I went through NHS it would be a lengthy process, but I needed to be ready for work asap. So I booked an x-ray and I was sorted in 2 days- then doctor called me after the weekend for commenting on the x-ray. I was very happy because at least I know there's nothing wrong in the bones/ joints. Service was excellent and it's really worth the price.

Used GetScanned for first time last week to try to get a quick MRI scan following a problematic total knee replacement. The whole process from initial payment, doctor referral and scan booking was completed within 5 days including the W/E. Impressive.

managed to get an early mri slot in newcastle to find i will probably need surgery on my lower lumbar.Nisha has been very helpful and very supportive so have no trouble recommending Get scanned.me.

The customer service was excellent, and scheduling my appointment was straightforward. The only reason I did not provide a five-star rating is the need for improved payment processing options. Otherwise, the appointment system was efficient and convenient. Thank you.

I just want to say how delighted I am with the very helpful service received from the people at Get Scanned.
