Excellent customer service, kind understanding and swift response.

I required an urgent scan and the NHS WAIT was over 6 months, I was booked to have my scan within 24 hours of initial contact. Well worth the money. Every step of the process just worked, and the contacts were most helpful and efficient.

Everyone I had contact with was most helpful and patiently explained each stage of the process in order to receive my scan. Thank you for taking a little of the anxiety away from the process.

Nisha and Doctor Anni were most informative and helpful in guiding me.
I would have no hesitation in both recommending Get Scanned and using the company again in the future.

I booked a private MRI scan for my niece due to the NHS waiting times. We were promptly contacted by Anupriya to continue the process. Anupriya kept regular contact throughout, even when there were difficulties with this process via the hospitals in Northern Ireland. This is a new service and the hospital were (thankfully) very keen to find out more about Get Scanned also. Get Scanned allowed us to the take payment out via Klarna which is such a great service to manage costs. Anupriya also ensured the results were provided and we were extremely happy and reassured with their service! The doctor will be ringing tomorrow morning to discuss the results also. We would definitely use Get Scanned again and I will be recommending them to others. Many thanks

Saikiran was absolutely amazing and helped me to schedule an appointment and deal with all the complications that came along with my requests and questions. Beyond patient. Amazing follow through. Literally arranged everything including some last minute changes. Scan is later this week but the service I received was 10 stars ( out of 5)

A brilliant, high quality service made my experience great. I have just registered my husband for abdominal ultrasound and was contacted straight away. Dr Oluwaseyi Falade was a superstar. I felt like she is holding my hand during the whole process. I was kept updated all the time. Dr Olywaseyi Falade’s professionalism is extraordinary. An amazing, brilliant doctor who cares about the patients made me feel confident, and treated in the best possible way.

I found this company on the Internet and was dubious has it was much cheaper than other companies but I decided to go ahead and try. I couldn't be more happy. I had a MRI scan done and sorted within a week and results sent soon after. Has saved me a lot of time waiting for NHS to sort out a scan.cant complain about anything was great service and helpful throughout. Thank you

I wanted an MRI or CT scan as I had an abdominal issue which had been going on for about five months. Numerous tests with GP, private Utrasound scan, bloods, even a colonoscopy, etc. but could not get an MRI or CT scan. Found this organisation on the Internet about two weeks ago and the service has been faultless from start to finish. Superb and most pleasant service from Nisha, Administrator, regular updates, private GP referral arranged. Scan done 23 May, results this afternoon nothing sinister fortunately. Very reasonably priced I have to say.
You will not find a better service in my opinion. Thank you.

Needed an urgent MRI scan and was able to call GetScanned and get an appointment that same day- had to travel a few hours to the radiologist but that wasn’t a problem. Great service and very helpful staff.

I tried this company which I understand is a fairly new company for an MRI as they offered great value prices. I am really pleased I took the risk. I paid up front (which I will be honest I worried about as it is still a significant cost for 4 body parts) and I was seen within two weeks after speaking with the GP. My results were delivered within a few days and my images ( at my request) were sent to my consultant.
The company have answered my queries and make it clear they have a reputation to build and want to offer a high standard of service and care. I am very pleased with this service and I would not hesitate to use them again.
Do not hesitate, I am sure you will also be well looked after.
