Incredible Customer Service
What started as a really upsetting experience by a 3rd party broker ended wonderfully all due to Loot's customer service. In the end, Nick (Director of Customer Performance) reached out to me personally when he learned I was upset about my experience. He went above and beyond, without obligation, to make things right and correct the broker's mistakes. Very personal and very understand. Highly recommened.

So my 4 star is for how fast they…
So my 4 star is for how fast they approved me and provided funds but mostly for Tedd Dover. He was absolutely wonderful!, he answered all my questions and even gave me his private email so I could follow-up and get answers immediately. That less star is repayment is weekly which was a killer! I took 10k and 7 days later they withdraw $3,600 from my account as repayment. That makes it very tough to keep up with the repayment.

Just to clarify, the $3.6K was the first of four monthly payments, based on the terms selected. Since you paid off early, no extra fees were added. Working with this company for 3 yrs plus
Loot has been a blessing. They go over the top to take care of their customers. Customer service is next level. The cost of the line of credit is in line with other products of this level. I've had plenty of issues in the past with the " Big banks " getting capital fast when you need it. Some taking 20 to 30 days!. Loot had us set up and money in the bank within hours. The cost is a little higher than going through channels at your bank, but to me it is well worth it. No paperwork. No back and forth collecting documents and submitting, then re -submitting. Loot is too easy! Time is money. They save you that time so you can run your business.

The draw fee was not what I was told by the loan officer . I went to law school and there’s a tort called detrimental reliance when people misrepresented something which leads to litigation for unfair and deceptive trade practices. I hope this will not be a continuation throughout this relationship. If you were truly sorry you would have done the right thing. Perhaps that may happen in a legal setting.

The cost of funds is astronomical and…
The cost of funds is astronomical and impossible to payoff. To activate my account, I withdrew $500.
• I withdrew $500, but I only got $442. Loot kept $58 of it, or 11.6%.
• Then when I got it and wanted to pay it off early, the payoff was for financing half the term of the loan or $105.
• I received $442 and had to pay back $605 for less than a week’s use of the funds. It cost me $163 just to activate my account, or 36.88%.
• And I could not pay it back through the portal. Loot required me to setup ACH or wire transfer, which was another $30 for that transaction.
• Aftet paying it back, I saw that they schedule and withdrew the planned $59.17 weekly payment.
• Because of the fees they charge when I make a payment, I have now borrowed $500, paid back $605 that they said was a full payment, paid $59.17 over and above full payment, and after fees they still show that I owe them another $42 somehow. None of these fees are disclosed.
• I only had the funds for 5 days. Total fees for 5 days is 41.2%. Credit cards are a fraction of the cost and easier to payback.
