Excellent experience
Applying and receiving my business loan was seemless. It was explained in a way I felt comfortable and understood. And what was most important to me was not getting a penalty as my goal was to pay it off early. Manuela was very professional and understanding throughout my entire process.

Use them directly and not through a broker
I was completely misled in every way from a broker they use Wisco capital. However Loot themselves seems to be pretty good. They did allow me to back out if I wanted. And also followed up quickly. I did keep the loan and to my surprise I see renewal offers at a big discount. And then they offer good discounts for early payoff. While I wish they had more control over the broker and gave me something for what was done to me and taken advantage of. I am going to stick with loot and hopefully get larger amounts with time.

I was was skeptical at first, but they’re actually very very reliable and straightforward. If you do not understand they will break it down for you. They are reasonable and they make it very easy to pay back. The best part that I like personally is that you can pay off quickly and save yourself of money.

My rep was Ted. Ted is a gifted advisor. He was so honest, friendly and always demonstrated a genuine concern for my interests. I would say he was "real". He never resorted to corporate/sales speak. He spoke as a coach. Instead of moving on after getting my application, he stayed actively involved to expedite and actively advocate my best interests. AWESOME!! Further, he always answered the phone or, in the rare instance he was not available, would call back in a few minutes of my call. How refreshing to talk to a human being instead of some frustrating AI interface. Ted reflects the Bostonian spirit of the Duck Tours - delightfully so. By the end of the process, I felt as if Ted was a friend. In gratitude, I invited him to a meal on me if he ever visits Orlando.

Don't support your business
Don't support your business. Cut credit line a month after giving an increase, and then don't allow line to be drawn. Trying to bridge cash flow and Loot has created major problems for me. Can't wait to pay it off and never do business with them again.
