Loot has helped me grow my business
Loot has helped me grow my business, responded to all my concerns within minutes, worked not only within positions i have with Loot, but helped with my goals on positions I've had outside of Loot.
I presented my plan for growing into 2026 season and the team at loot never argued for 100% lending rights to us but adapted their strategies to fit my goals and milestones. I can say without a doubt that my experience with loot has been better than my experience with my own bank. Lastly their early pay off is significant and definitely challenges the idea that lenders and lines of credit through companies like loot is too high interest. In simple terms, Loot and I agreed on terms and those agreements have been held to the highest of standards that i am grateful for. I will continue to be a client of Loots for the remaining future of my business.

Paying on time and never missed one…
Paying on time and never missed one payment , after my third withdraw they frozen the credit limit and wont allow me to withdraw any more .. I was thinking by paying on time and never missed one payment and paying 7x what I borrowed that we would build a good relationship together, but they actually did the opposite.. but I’m glad they did , that made me realize how stupid i was browsing money with payback that exceeded 7x what I borrowed.. I found different lender with very reasonable rates and easy to payback and every time I make payment on time they increase my limit not freeze my limit like loot did.

We are a bookkeeping firm that has worked with so many lenders for ourselves and our clients. Loot is so easy to work with and has EXCEPTIONAL customer service that is worlds away from their competitors! We were having a hard time getting a payoff letter to consolidate our funding with Loot and Ted was so patient and great with following up so he could get us to the finish line! We couldn't have done it without his expertise and follow up.

All repayment terms and costs are shown upfront at the time a draw is made, when the payment option is selected and confirmed. If a customer later chooses to pay off early, we are fully transparent about the payoff amount and, unlike many lenders, we offer a discount on remaining fees rather than charging the full contracted cost.
In this case, an early payoff discount of over $4,500 was applied. While early payoff does not remove all contracted fees, the discount is intended to meaningfully reduce the total cost.
We appreciate the feedback and are continuing to improve how we communicate these details to ensure expectations are clear for every customer.

Difficult repayments but backed by humans who want to help
I am revising my review because they truly have been as helpful as humanly possible in a bad situation. I wish that the terms had been more upfront, but I really do genuinely appreciate their human approach and willingness to work with you without penalty. I have worked with a lot of lenders, but I have never had one treat me like a human before. That deserves recognition.
